I have to say that Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with - he was polite and friendly, and was able to do the work the following day. Although he is based on the Kent coast, Rob was happy to travel to my home near Dartford. He turned up on the dot, was smartly dressed, and did the work quickly and without fuss - just what I needed. The end result was very neat and professional looking. The price that Rob charged me was a fraction of what I had been quoted by BT, and he even called me the following day to check that I was still happy with his work. I would recommend Rob unreservedly and would certainly use his services again. .
