Just a few words to say how pleased we have been with the service received from Richard and his company with the re roofing of our property. The work was done with no fuss and completed quickly and looks really good. We would definately recommend this company to others!

A big thanks to Richard and the team for carrying out a fantastic re-roof on my house. They went above and beyond to get the job done, and it was completed to an extremely high standard. Communication was great, and they were very friendly - whilst keeping to the current social distancing. They left my yard tidy and were pleasure to have around. Shout out to their scaffolder, too!

The roof was re felted in two stages, the first during the heaviest rain we've had for a while, the second when it was boiling ho. Good quality work and a very personable team, that is again.

Richard very kindly reorganised his working diary and within a few weeks I had a stunning roof. The team were friendly, their work is of the highest standard and they were very tidy workers. Richard replaced a leaking low pitched tiled roof with a new GRP roof. Also installed a Velux on a correct pitch GRP up-stand. Something seemingly very difficult for other roofers - but not RKS. Very neat and tidy job, and great communication throughout.

I asked Richard if he could fit some chimney cowls and the job was done within a couple of hours of my call! The 2nd time I have used him. He is the go to person for all roof jobs.

Richard and his team worked very hard and to an exceptional standard to complete the replacement of my bungalow's facias, soffits and gutters within the estimated time scale and at a very acceptable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team for the quality of his work on our roof. From start to finish, including taking time to check the positioning of the Scaffolding, his approach and care was paramount in ensuring that the job was going to be carried out to the highest quality. Overall a job excellently done. In addition to the work Richard did for us in July, we had a leak in September 2019, and he responded immediately within 24 hours and sorted out the problem - a true professional with a customer focused attitude together with a great sense of humour. I cannot speak too highly of Richard and his team, who always go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

I had a velux window that was leaking and had lost faith in the previous roofers. I found Richard after an internet search and have been very impressed by him and his team. He visits when he says he will and is always prompt and courteous as are his team. The job was a bit of a nightmare as he was trying to fix the mistakes of others but he persevered. There was still a slight leak, but he came out straightaway and carried out more work, which has hopefully done the trick. I'll definitely use him again.

Richard and his team did a first class job of installing a solar tube in by inner hallway. The hall is now flooded with light on even the dullest of days. Richard was very professional and courteous and took care to clean up after the job extremely well. As a lady on my own I feel I can recommend RKS Roofing as an honest safe company who will charge very reasonably work to a high standard.

Richard and his lads responded very quickly to deal with a broken and displaced tile under the roof ridge. We'd used RKS before and so knew what to expect. Happily the prompt, conscientious service remains! Some advice was provided about the likely state and residual life of the tiles used for the roof at build, and an inspection regime suggested for the future.

RKS Roofing came out to look at a leaking roof in our extension, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. While is was looking at the extension I asked him to look at a leaking gutter which he did and fixed it while he was there with no extra cost. Our quote for the roof extension came very quickly and he has been really helpful trying to keep costs down.

We used R K S some years ago, to sort a roofing issue that previous contractors had failed to resolve. We were very impressed with Richard's honesty, professionalism and prompt communication. Years later and R K S have now supplied us with a competitive quote to replace fascia's etc. Furthermore, we asked for a temporary patch-up fascia job. A bit of a pain for most contractors but not for R K S. Put simply, I trust R K S and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Richard rescued me…from a rubbish rip off builder who built my original extension then a rubbish and rip off roofer who supposedly fixed orginal rubbish builders roof! But didnt…the roof couldn't be fixed as it shouldn't have been built that way in the first place! Richard and another roofer both confirmed whole roof and Velux had to be replaced. I had to bite the bullet but knew Richards honesty was right and the problem has been fully resolved with a fiberglass roof and correct Velux. At last an honest roofer. All sorted no leaks, no more buckets no more shedding plaster. A thorough and efficient job. Highly recommend. Richard and his team came quickly when we had a leaking roof. Two days later poorly specified tiles removed and a new Fibreglass (GRP) roof in place. First class job. Highly recommended.

We had some guttering replaced by Richard and couldn't have ask for more - communication was great and the job was completed on time to a high standard at a very good price. Would highly recommend.
