Commercial kvass and Quas are vastly different. While commercial kvass often lacks fermentation and is laden with sugars and additives, Quas is naturally fermented using a sourdough starter, rich in over 100 types of beneficial bacteria. Quas is unfiltered, unpasteurised, and free from preservatives or artificial ingredients. It's lower in sugar and packed with live bacteria, organic acids, and natural vitamins.
