Founded in 2000, but with consultants experienced in their field over many years, Quality Quest has a broad experience in the management consultancy sector, and provides quality and management consultancy to clients throughout the region. The company is located in Bramley, just outside Basingstoke.

The business offers comprehensive quality and management consultancy to companies, which is designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs and gain certifications where appropriate and applicable, to the whole organisation, or to specific departments or processes. With access to a wide variety of associate consultants, the business also has experienced consultants with hands-on experience allowing clients to realise the full potential of a project or certification.

Quality Quest has a customer base which includes a wide variety of industry types, based throughout the UK, including IT outsourcing, manufacturers, distribution companies, medical services and service industries mainly in the SME sector.

The organisation supplies a variety of consultancy services including preparation for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 and efficiency improvement projects etc that are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of clients and provide robust, cost effective solutions. The consultants will spend time understanding the client's business, making sure that the specific needs are met and tailoring the solutions that are provided.

The company is owned by Jacky Farrow who has been involved in the management consultancy market for many years. Jacky Farrow has a wealth of experience, having previously worked for Mars, BOC and Computer 2000 in employed roles and for the last 23 years as a consultant specialising in ISO 9001 and experienced in implementing systems to meet ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certification. Jacky is also an approved consultant for several of the certification bodies including BSI, ISOQAR, SGS and BAB.
