Purrfect for Pets is fantastic, a home from home for our spaniel. We get picture and video updates throughout the day. Aero gets very excited every time we drop her off and enjoys the walks and playtime she gets with other dogs. I can tell that Ally loves all the dogs like her own, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

We were looking at a cattery for our 2 cats while we were away for just over a week, but I was concerned about them being so cooped up, and worried about how stressful one of them in particular would find it as she is quite nervous. I am so glad we went with Ally instead! She came round before we went to meet us and the cats. She asked lots of questions about the cats and their routine that hadn’t even occurred to me, she was professional and friendly, and really left us feeling confident leaving her with a key to our house. While we were away she messaged every day with photos and videos, and even the nervous cat came for a stroke after a few days! Ally kept the litter tray clean, swept up what the cats kicked out and even took the bin out on bin day. We have come home to 2 very happy, well looked after cats. We’ll definitely come back to Ally the next time we are away!

Ally looked after our cat Stuart for two weeks recently, visiting twice a day when we were on holiday. In June. He was obviously extremely well looked after, fed and petted when we were away and was in great condition when we returned. He has a problem with using cat litter sometimes and if he is stuck in the house will use the kitchen floor rather than the tray. All of this was sorted by Ally without a problem. All in all an excellent professional pet sitting service from a genuine animal lover. 100% recommended.

Ally has had our working cocker spaniel Bella on many occasions. The longest time being 10 days when we went on holiday. Ally is very professional and through her good practice caring for Bella, we have noticed she has returned a better behaved dog! Ally sends regular updates of Bella's progress and Bella loves Ally, what more can you say? Bella is our baby and it is such a relief to find someone to care for her as we do ourselves, Thank you Ally.

Ally is so friendly and you just know your pet will be taken care of perfectly. We have used purrfect 4 pets numerous times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service and would totally recommend to anyone wanting there pets looked after.

My wife and I have a very, VERY energetic Springer Spaniel, Sully (who can be seen in some of Ally's Facebook videos running round in circles), and our circumstances recently changed. This meant that we could no longer spend all day every day with Sully and had to find somebody to look after him during the day, and in a hurry. Ally fit us in at very short notice and has been very flexible to accommodate changing shift patterns. Sully absolutely loves going to see Ally and anybody who has a Springer will know how hard it is to tire them out. Well after his two walks a day with Ally he's shattered by the time he comes home and we couldn't be happier with Ally's service - we feel like we have found a long term solution that lets us focus on our jobs and studies. As well as the excellent care Sully is receiving (he can't wait to go in and see Ally in the mornings) Ally also provides photos and videos of Sully playing with the other dogs and the toys she has bought him. We're delighted we found Ally and would highly recommend Purrfect 4 Pets to anybody looking for somebody to look after their dog like he would be looked after at home. Nick, Tynemouth.

Ally visited our cat whilst we were away for the weekend. We had regular updates and felt reassured that Olivia would be well looked after. No complaints and we would use Ally again.

Just picked our pomeranian Lana this morning up from Ally's after 10 days care. As we expected she was wonderful and healthy, settled back in no bother. Great updates from Ally whilst we were away. Fantastic care, much appreciated, thanks again Liz and Craig.

Friendly and helpful service from Ally. Much better than a cattery - our cats were clearly happy and relaxed on our return from holiday. Great communications and updates regarding the cats while we were away was nice. We happily recommend to all.

Excellent service. Ally was friendly, courteous and professional. She looked after our 3 cats when we had a few days away. We had regular texts to lets know that they were ok and it made us feel better knowing that our babies were being well looked after! Will definitely be calling upon Ally again. In fact the cats are probably counting down the days until we go away again so they can get to see Ally again.

Ally looked after our spinger spaniel, Jake for 3 weeks. I hadn't spent 1 night away from him nevermind 3 weeks so I was really anxious about leaving him. He settled in with Ally straight away, which I was very happy to hear, and seemed to have a lovely time with her and the other dogs. I will definately use Purrfect 4 Pets in the future.

Ally looked after my cat whilst I was on holiday. She was is professional, personal and caring - I received emails and texts to let me know all was well and most importantly my cat loved her! I would certainly recommend her services.

Ally is wonderful and I definitely felt I had left my (very difficult) cat in safe hands. I was away for 4 weeks and Ally kept in touch with me to let me know that all was well as I was worried about leaving my cat for such a long period. In my return I was greeted by a happy, relaxed cat (no small feat if you have a cat like mine) who had clearly been very well looked after. Thank you, Ally!

Our cats Tommy and Ted are fussy puss's but took to Ally straight away. Ally provided a cat sitting service in our home whilst we were on holiday. We came back to find milk in our fridge for our return cuppa, and most importantly, happy cats. Thanks so much Ally and so sorry you had to deal with a flood in our kitchen from the downpour of rain. You handled it very well :).

Our dog Oscar has been looked after by Ally since he was 9weeks old, he's now 20months old. He goes to Ally's for daycare on a regular basis. He loves going there and Ally gives him lots of cuddles, play time and walks.

We have been using Ally's services ever since our puppy was a couple of months old. We have had Buddy stay on a daily basis as well as a couple of weeks when we were on our holidays. We always know he is being looked after in a safe and happy environment. Buddy loves Ally and the time he gets to play with the other dogs (who she always introduces carefully to each other). We often get videos and messages letting us know how he is and what he has been getting up to. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perrfect for Pets.

Ally was wonderful and it was such a relief to know that my boys were being looked after while I was away. I have never used a cat-sitting service before and I was a little bit apprehensive but as soon as I met Ally when she came round to do an introductory visit, my mind was put at rest. It was clear from the outset that she is a true animal lover and she has a lovely bubbly personality. She was also very professional and went through all my cats foibles and needs in detail. Her photos and videos sent via email when I was away were fab and I enjoyed my holiday more knowing that my cats were happy and well cared for. Thoroughly Recommended - would use again. We left Orson our young Golden Retriever for 1 week with Ally at Purrfect 4 Pets. He was really happy and well looked after. We also received photos and videos via e-mail of him playing with 2 other dogs - he certainly didn't get bored!

We've used Ally's purrfect 4 Pets Service regularly on a daily basis and more recently for a weeks holiday. It is good to know our lovely little Lana is in a clean, safe, secure, caring environment. Ally looked after our boy buster, he had a great time and made new pals, ally gives the dogs lots of love and they love her back, we are leaving buster with ally again in aug as we know he's safe and loved there, the prices are excellent and I will recommend her to anyone who cherishes their dog or any other animal.
