Purple Beard is an EdTech training provider, offering virtual tutor-led courses in tech within certain regions of the UK. Our courses are fully funded by the Department of Education, subject to our eligibility criteria.

The Skills Bootcamps we offer are:
1. AWS Cloud Computing.
2. Business Analysis.
3. Cyber Security.
4. Data Analysis (2 pathways, PowerBI and Python).
5. DevOps.
6. Front-end Development.
7. Full-stack Development.

The regions that we offer our Skills Bootcamps are:
- East of England
- North Tyneside
- York and North Yorkshire
- East Midlands
In order for the courses to be free, you must meet our requirements:
- you must be 19 years or older
- you must live in the region that the program is being offered
- you must have lived in the UK for more than three years - some visas are not eligible, for example: student visas.

Purple Beard was created and is managed by Dimple Khagram, who has been an entrepreneur for 28 years and has worked in both training and education sectors. The company's aim is to bridge the digital skills gap as well as the diversity gap within the tech sector.
