I used James at Proper Clean to clean both my rugs and carpets. James arrived promptly and on time on the day, having previously provided a quote for the work to be undertaken. He completed the work efficiently and without fuss. The quality of his workmanship was very good and he has breathed new life into the carpets and rugs. I wish I had used him before rather than attempting to clean them myself. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.
