We have a 10 day policy from the date of receipt of order to report any issues or abnormalities with the product or label. We will reserve you the right to return the product in the event of damage during shipment and offer subsequent repair, replacement or credit. In each case, if found in poor condition but through no fault of our own, or that the damage was caused by improper use by the recipient, no refund or return shall be given.
