Pros: - Their technicians are friendly, qualified and skilled. - They changed our boiler and completed the work in one day. - The new combi boiler also obtained gas certificate. - Hot water worksCons: - Thermostats was not completed due to late delivery, so the house did not have central heating. - After 2 weeks and empty promises he didn't bother coming back to the property. Summary:It is unconscionable to leave family with no central heating. I understand people have to put food on the table but there is no need to leave a family without central heating. They are friendly and knowledgable but it doesn't make sense why they didn't complete the job.
