The work recently undertaken by Mr Pritchard on the top of our front bay window and previous work carried out by Mark on our garage and carport roof has been done to a very high standard. It blends in well with the rest of our house and the building tasks carried out were of little inconvienience to us.

Pritchard roofing have rectified a long standing water leak to our rear main roof that previous roofers have failed to identify. When attending the initial call out, he spent time explaining his findings and promptly supplied us with a detailed estimate including photos showing the problem areas and a detailed costing to rectify the problem. He started the work when he said he would and supplied photos of the work as it progressed. He kept the area clean and tidy and well ordered. I can now say that a long standing issue has been resolved and I would happily recommend Pritchard Roofing for difficult roof repair jobs.

Mark carried out roofing work to our 1930s built house in Penarth, a leaky old sky-light was the problem, in no time at all a new Velux roof window was fitted. Although Mark wasnt the cheapest quote we received, he gave great service and good value for money. Pritchard Roofing were recommended to me by a neighbour who had had his roof repaired by them. They fully lived up to their high reputation when they recovered my two flat roofs. The work was carried out expeditiously with a minimum of fuss and to a high standard. My wife commented afterwards that they were the tidiest builders we had ever employed and had cleared up beautifully. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I chose Pritchard Roofing on recommendation from a previous Company. I required a gutter replacement above a conservatory and cracked slipped tiles on integral garage roof. Mark provided a full written estimate on all necessary work, including price of scaffolding. Quotation even included the mix of concrete to be used to replace ridge tiles. I'm not sure Mark was the cheapest but I would rather pay more and know I was getting a good job done. Following erection of scaffolding Mark attended on the first available dry day and work was completed professionally and to an excellent standard. All areas were left tidy and all rubbish removed. Mark provided a really great service; great advice, willing to listen to questions, able to explain options and consequences clearly and provide piece of mind about the work being carried out by communicating the progress clearly. We had a two separate leaks (both in the area where the wall and roof joined), and had a number of previous incorrect diagnoses (and ineffective corrections). Mark identified the problem quickly, and was able to plan a programme of work appropriate to the materials of the building (old terraced house). After so long with the problem its been strange to see it resolved! Would definitely recommend, and hope to use again.

We asked Mark to take a look at our roof because we noticed a slate missing. He came when arranged, took photos, explained the problems and his suggestions. Although I did not fully understand all he was saying I felt he knew what he was talking about, he sent estimates promptly which were accepted and he started the work when he promised. The work was on my 90 year old mother's house and she is nervous of people around but he came, did the work, sent photos every day showing what he had done and finished on time. Invoices sent promptly as estimated. Guarantees given. Very happy to recommend (apologies that my IT skills are not as good as Mark's and I can't upload photos).

Mark Pritchard is an absolute professional, Couldn't rate his company highly enough. Personal service, explained costs, no surprises. Does what he says he will with care, attention to detail and tidiness. They fitted two Velux windows on second floor roof with very limited disruption and helped sort some other historic roofing issues whilst scaffold in place. Highly recommended.

Pritchard Roofing were employed to install a dry verge system together with the replacement of barge boards, fascias and soffits. Mark Pritchard was involved throughout and I was impressed by the knowledge and experience he brought to the process. Photographs were provided to help keep me informed of progress, with the work being completed in a timely fashion.
