Pristine Clean Nottingham

A few months back I decided it was time to look for a window cleaner (My days of hanging out the windows and standing on a ladder are well and truly gone lol! ) I spent a while researching on line for local window cleaners and came across Pristine Clean Nottingham. I liked there easy to navigate website with all the information needed for what I was looking for and I sent email requesting initially a one-off clean. I was very impressed with being kept well informed via sms and email of the date intended to visit (& details of how easy was to contact them in advance if the date was not convenient to rearrange). The gentleman who attended to clean my windows was very thorough. Got on with the job in hand. Very professional, respectfully to my property and I have to say my windows (& sills) have never been cleaner. I have to admit that the windows are gleaming, much better than I have ever been able to do myself by sitting on the upstairs window sills with my arm out stretched practically hanging out the window or standing on a ladder downstairs trying to get into the corners and leave smudge free without breaking my neck and taking me 2 hours to get the downstairs/ upstairs done. The price is excellent value for money. An invoice is sent via email to confirm amount to paid after your windows have been cleaned. And I like that you can pay by varies ways to suit you. My windows have been cleaned a few times now and I have decided that Pristine Clean Nottingham are going to clean my windows for me forever and have set up a direct debit to pay so I don't even have to think about it. I have been using Pristine clean for several years now, initially this was just for window cleaning but for the last couple of years I have also had them come and clean my gutters. For both, the window cleaning and the gutter cleaning they always do an excellent job. Communication is excellent with advance messages to advice the date they will be coming, they always turn up on this date and complete the work to a high standard and even follow up after the job to ensure I’m happy with the results of the work (they offer a 24 hour guarantee on the work but I have never had any need to use this). If you are looking for a reliable, quality window cleaner in the Nottingham area then I can highly recommend Pristine Clean. .

I recently used Pristine Clean for all the outside of our house, soffit and fascia, gutters, conservatory, windows and doors etc. What an amazing job they've done it looks like a completely different house now. The soffit and fascia I don't think had ever been done in around 20 years and look back to new! The guy who visited was very friendly, hard-working and good communication about the work e. G. Asking whether we were happy for him to walk on the roof tiles. Excellent service from back-end office too, you can tell this is a family run business and they care about their customers. I will happily recommend Pristine Clean to my family and friends, and use them in future.

Have had my windows cleaned by them for the last couple of years. Done regularly every 6 weeks and always done to a good standard, including windows, sills and doors. Excellent communication with text on the day before cleaning. Reasonably priced, would recommend.

I've been using Pristine Clean for a few years now and would highly recommend them. Windows done last week with usual excellent service. Was a new employee who took the time to check what is normally done etc. Windows and sills left sparkling clean, thank you!

It is nice to deal with a firm who really seem to care about providing a quality service. We have been having our windows cleaned by Pristine for nearly 2 years and they are effective, consistent and professional.

What can I say? Pristine Clean Nottingham arrived on time, early one morning and began the mammoth task of exterior cleaning my property. Eddie helped me move some of the larger patio furniture and then he climbed a ladder and cleared out all the gutters. He then cleaned them and the soffits so thoroughly that they look new. Then came the time to do my patio areas; There are a lot and Eddie got stuck in and made them look amazing. I'd forgotten what the original colour was! All areas were left clean, neat and tidy, so much so that I don't want to walk on them and leave footprints! I would highly recommend Pristine Clean to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly, hardworking, honest company. They went above and beyond for me as I also have a large amount of moss for which they kindly sourced products for me to reduce this problem. Thank you so much. Excellent service from initial enquiry through to the actual cleaning of the conservatory. The estimate was received very quickly, job booked in and completed easily and efficiently. Communication from Donna and service from Eddie (on a very wet day) was first class. Would highly recommend.

We needed our drive clearing of weeds and the layers of dirt removing from our stone wall - they did a fantastic job and the jet wash has revealed the original colour of the stone which looks great!

I read the reviews and decided to book Pristine windows to come and do a first clean inside and out. From the outset Donna responded quickly and enthusiastically, reassuring me they will do a professional job. They did. I received a reminder message. Eddie was incredibly respectful this was our home and worked hard and did an excellent job. I have now booked for them to return monthly and absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them. I wish all trades companies worked the way they do. I have also asked them to come back and do our patios next!

Pristine Clean is the best cleaning company I have ever used. I always know when they are coming as they text and email the day before. There is no problem at all if the date is not suitable and they re-arrange. The windows and surrounds are always left sparkling. First cleaning company who have cleaned the window frames as a matter of course. Staff exceptionally pleasant and highly professional. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am so pleased to have finally found a company who have done an amazing job cleaning my block paving and also cleaning my soffitts, fascias and gutters. Eddie and James arrived on the scheduled day, they were friendly and efficient and did a fantastic job. They came the next day to sand the paving and it looks great. I wish I could post a before picture too so you could see the difference as it was just a mass of weeds and moss. I'd been kept informed about the job from the very start by Donna who has been brilliant. I cannot recommend Pristine Clean highly enough and will be hiring them every year as I live in a woodland area so the weeds come back no matter what in the spring. I also recently started using them for window cleaning and the windows were spotless and gleaming.
