Darragh was very helpful and patient when our CCTV cameras went offline following a change of broadband router. He helped by sending instructions by WhatsApp messenger, and followed up with a phone call the following day as promised. I couldn't have asked for better support! Great service.
Top notch service by the company and in Particular, Dan. The installation was perfect and very friendly service by the engineers. The after care and the relevant guides provided on line is very good. I am very impressed with the ongoing help and guidance provided by Prime Security.
I had a 4th camera fitted to the system that's has been installed by this company As always from sales team to engineer who fitted equipment, it has been a great customer experience. Slight glitch with software and one phone call, system remotely sorted. Everyone I have dealt with, as always has been Pleasant and professional.

I phoned Prime Security as suddenly I was unable to view my CCTV cameras on my mobile. The office arranged for someone to phone me back the same day. Dylan talked me through on the phone how to sort this problem. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly. He also made sure that everything was working properly again. He never rushed the call. As a company would definitely recommend.

Been having issues with pausing of the live feed from HIK. Received a call from Darragh and within 30 minutes all issues were solved. I can now watch it on my laptop and iPad with no issues. Thank you Darragh and appreciate your patience as I am a total technophobe.
From first installation Prime security have been excellent. All the staff have been very professional, friendly and helpful. I have recently needed to contact them to have the cctv put on my new mobile phone and the technician made the process very easy and simple.
