Hi there, my name is Vince and I trade under prime property services, I have 30 years experience in the building trade, I offer a home improvement and handyman service, I am based in Westfield East Sussex, just outside Hastings.
I offer a reliable service at a reasonable price, I`m easy to get on with and a clean and tidy worker.

For the last 10 years I have mainly been working for a surrey based letting company and have been doing refurbishments on their property's in Sussex and Surrey and prior to that I was fitting kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms for a nationwide company that's no longer around.
I am a fully qualified plumber and have lots of experience of property maintenance, I`m experienced in painting/decorating inc wallpapering, floor and wall tiling, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, carpentry and laminate flooring.

I have an advanced craft city and guilds in plumbing and heating.
Cs cs safety course just recently completed.
Until a few years ago I was corgi and gas safe registered so understand heating systems and their problems quite well, although I don't touch the gas side anymore.
In the near future I will be joining the UK Guild of Handymen.
