We would like to thank you all for your support and kindness when we had to make a very difficult decision on 31st July 2026. You visited our home, you were absolutely amazing with the kind words and empathy shown, you sat with our beloved Marley Mincher (Pug) and had a little chat with him which we found so personal. You made sure that his last moments were relaxed and peaceful for us all, something we will never forget. We were kept fully updated regarding Marley and his ashes, we collected him within a couple of days and was greeted at your Crematorium again with supportive words and we bought Marley home. Thank you to everyone who made this extremely difficult day as smooth as possible. We will always be grateful. Lee, Michelle and Charlie x.

Amazing service and lovley people here at Prestwood, we lost our boy Buster 08/06/2026 and they were very compassionate and showed a genuine care to myself and my partner. Recommend them 100% x.

I can’t thank you all enough for taking such good care of my beloved Monty, who passed away on the 20/06/26. You were so kind and thoughtful to both myself and and my daughter when we collected Monty. He was an incredible dog, we were very blessed to have for nearly 14yrs and you gave him the respect and care he so deserved. Thank you so much.

We lost our beautiful dog Alfie on the 1st July and find it very difficult not having him with us still. The service we had from Prestwood was exceptional and we could not have been happier. Now we have Alfie back with us and he will always remain in our hearts and thoughts, god bless.

I had my first dog cremated here 5 years ago, sadly my second dog passed away a few weeks ago but I knew exactly where I wanted to take her. The family here who run the Pet Crematorium are absolutely amazing! They put you and your pet at the forefront of the care and compassion of the day. Both dogs passed away and were dealt with immediately by the Prestwood Crematorium This Crematorium is so peaceful, so calming, and so personal. I was in pieces when I left my female akita behind but the guy came out who told me he was personally going to look after her. This is such a nicer and more peaceful way of sending your pet over the rainbow bridge rather than leaving them at the clinical vets who my dog hated. This service helps provide peace and closure, and they do everything to savour the memory and return everything respectfully. 100% recomend this Crematorium Thank you x.

You looked after Oscar our cat when he passed away on 14 /05/26. Thank you for all your kindness during such a very difficult time. Thank you for caring so much. God bless you all.

My beloved labrador was collected today. They were so respectful and careful. Thankyou for making the process less stressful.

We brought hower be loved winston in when he passed away in the night they were so understanding and respectful to us about hower be loved dog they played him out with all he's item he love the even put flower on him Just the way person would be done it was so nice then you get to say your last good bye to your family member he was my little boy and we done memories in book and brought bull dog casket rock with name plate teddy bears all with ashes in so we could do memorial garden at home for him has it was so heartbreaking for all the family we can't thank them enough for everything they did highly recommended from us.

Myself and my partner cannot thank Prestwood Pet Crematorium enough for the compassion and care they showed during one of the hardest moments of our life. They looked after our beautiful 10-month-old kitten, Daisie, who we had raised from just 3 weeks old. Losing her so young was devastating. Thank you. Jordan and Tiffany. X.

This is the second time that we have used this special place to say goodbye. The kindess, care and consideration shown when we had to bring our beloved cat Tango was so exceptional. Lisa is such a caring person who gave us all the time we needed and was so supportive. We would like to thank everybody at Prestwood for their sympathy and respect on the loss of our beautiful 14. 1/2 year old Staffie, Ria on January 13th 2026. Her ashes were ready for us to collect after a couple of days together with a small metal plate from an operation she had 11 years previously, which no-one was aware of. We were asked if we wanted to keep this, which we did. Thanks for all the kindness shown.

Words cannot express how wonderful this service is - from the first phone call to collecting ashes was seamless. The respect and dignity shown to us and our beloved cat Figaro was just incredible. The environment is so peaceful and quiet, and every staff member just so compassionate as well as professional. I collected his ashes today and felt so at ease, and I feel so reassured as I am confident he was cared for so carefully. Thank you to everyone, you have made the hardest time just that little bit easier. We are so grateful to all of you - I cannot rate you highly enough.

Prestwood pet crematorium is a very calm and peaceful place. The staff that greet you are so kind, friendly and thoughtful. The respect that my beautiful 12 yr old sheltie ( Walt) received was outstanding and exactly what my family wanted for our beloved pooch. We had the pleasure of Stuart supporting us through our final journey, he was truly a lovely chap with a very big heart, and very professional. We have used Prestwood 3 times since 2013. Ella was a most loyal and devoted German shepherd for almost 13 yrs. Sadly we had to say goodbye. Susie and Rob gave us nothing but kindness and compassion during the whole crematorium experience. I felt that Ella was dealt with in a truly dignified and loving manner. It’s never easy to say goodbye, but the whole experience with Prestwood crematorium was both fitting and compassionate.
