Prestige External Cleaning

Nick has rightly called his business 'prestige' - it is the best. He is punctual, does what he says he will do, and is a hard, conscientious worker. If you want a perfect job doing, Nick is the person to contact. He is a master at his job; he knows everything there is to know about exterior cleaning …And has all the equipment to do the job - in my case, a courtyard and patio. He is a perfectionist and does not stop until a wonderful job has been done. Unlike many others, he also cleans up after the job is done, and puts things back in place that he has had to move. I can't recommend him enough - you will be very pleased and delighted with the work he does for you.

September 2020, Prestige did a superb job on my Cambridge home. Mr Nick Evans, owner of Prestige, did an excellent job on steam-cleaning large areas of my house-bricks which had been badly ravaged by ivy-roots stuck fast to the brickwork on the ground and upper exteriors. The results, after his long day’s work using state of the art equipment, were superb and I’d highly recommend Prestige for any home to help things look their best. I had sought several other quotes and opinions but this chap’s approach to the job-in-hand was head and shoulders above the competition. Mr Evans also cleaned-out and advised on all guttering, as an additional task, to make them ready for the winter. Mr Evans was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. On seeing the black lichen covering our patio and block paving, Nick gave an honest opinion that we should not expect it to be fully removed. But he went through the work he would do in detail and was very thorough. He took care not to damage any bordering lawn or shrubs, returned on a dry morning to fill the block paving gaps with fine sand, and we are delighted with the results. It looks like it has just been laid. Excellent value.

Really really pleased I called Nick as my gutters were blocked with grass and moss. He came and did a very good job, very prompt and such good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend him, such a nice man too.

We have a large block paved drive which was in need of cleaning and re-sanding. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and he did a brilliant job. The block paving looked like new when Nick had finished and he even cleaned the windows where he had splashed water on them. I will definitely use Nick again when the drive needs re-doing and I would have no hesitation in recommending him in the future.

I am absolutely delighted at how clean and 'new' looking my patio and decking are after Nick's work on them. Neither had been touched for ten years, so an awful lot of effort went into sorting them out. I simply cannot believe that he has achieved such a fantastic finish. Nick is a hard working perfectionist, and just gets on with the job. He is also very nice! Incidentally, please don't be put off by the suspiciously high ratings…. I almost was, but I can assure you that his work really is exceptional.

Nick at Prestige external cleaning has cleaned our patio over the last 2 years and did an outstanding large job and good value. He also cleaned a concrete drive and patio at a BTL, the drive came up like new.

Nick is a thoroughly decent chap, I needed a job doing that was in an isolated place without any water. He was upfront and suggested that I should contact one of his competitors to find out if they might be better placed to do the job rather than just taking the job. In the meantime he did everything to try and help including trying to work out the logistics of doing the job and offered to do it despite the difficulties if his competitors couldn't. It is difficult to find such integrity these days.

Nick has recently transformed our patio following a botched repair job by another outfit. Polite, prompt and reasonably priced, Nick gave us excellent advice before providing a comprehensive quote, which involved less work than we had anticipated (and been quoted for by other companies). We are more than delighted with the results he has achieved. It was pleasure to receive excellent service from a courteous and knowledgeable professional who clearly takes great pride in his work.

Had a patio clean front and back, followed by significant re-pointing. Nick also cleaned my wooden table and chairs. Nick was kind, polite and reliable. He did a fantastic job on the patio and strives to get everything perfect. My patio was completely transformed, and I was very happy with the job.

I had a large block paviour drive pressure washed in June 2016. It had not been cleaned for 11 years and was in quite a bad way. There was moss weeds and grass growing all over it and lichen too. I'm really pleased with the results it has transformed the drive. Nick is really great to deal with and does a very thorough job. The price is really good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I have just noticed that he does gutter cleaning so I am about to ask him to quote me for that too!

All the black spots have gone and with the additional re-pointing you did the whole area looks as good as new - like it did when it was first laid! My sandstone patio hadn't been professionally cleaned since it was put in about 11 years ago. It had every problem going: moss, algae, lichen, etc. It also needed to be repointed as the original pointing was badly done. The results Nick achieved were beyond anything I dared hope for…it genuinely looks like a new patio! He is a bit of a perfectionist, and just keep working at it until it was spotless. I also really appreciated how much care he took to tidy up everything afterwards, leaving the back of my house beautifully clean. Excellent job, and a very polite, hardworking and friendly person.
