Richard turned out promptly to do a plumbing job, fixed the problem with no fuss, and charged very reasonably. He is a no-nonsense tradesman, skilled and professional, and can be relied on to do a good job at a good price. Richard and Jenny are an excellent team, and their business deserves to prosper. Later, Matt and Mac fixed garden edging, trimmed hedges and repaired guttering. Had a new combo boiler fitted by Richard and Josh. The work was carried out with very short notice after my old boiler broke and I had no heating or hot water with children at home. Richard rallied round to help me out and get the job done quickly. Superb service as always. My water tank of more than 30 years stopped working before Christmas. Having been recommended by a family friend l sent an email to Prestantia office, they responded very quickly came out to see my problem gave me a quote and timescale which was great for both of us. Richard came round with Josh, timescale organised Simon came on the day at the time arranged and worked like a Trojan all day. The job was completed by professional and polite guys and l am more than pleased to recommend Prestantia for all your property repairs. Contacted Prestantia to diagnose and fix my water heater element. Richard and his team were reliable, friendly and professional. Also good value for money compared with other quotes. Would definitely recommend them and use again if needed.

Prestantia came out today to my home today and did two plumbing jobs, I am impressed with them and will recommend them to my colleagues at the QE Hospital its a thumbs up from me.

We called Richard after a recommendation, to fit anew mixer valve for our shower. My original shower seems to have been fitted incorrectly, Richard reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem and we could find a fitting to suit the original arrangement. I know this took a lot of Richards time and really appreciated the effor it took to find and fit a suitable shower. Richard and his team also fitted a shower door cubicle that I had purchased previously. The team at prestantia are very friendly and their service was very quick. I would have not problems in recommending prestantia to friends and family.

Prestantia installed a new boiler with new pipework and rads throughout. They were very accommodating and could fit the work in to suit us. They listened to our needs and gave thorough, unbiased advice. The work was completed on time and with minimal disruption. Very happy with cost too. Will be recommending to friends.

Richard and the team have now completed a range of work for us, including a boiler replacement and some carpentry work. Each time we have been very impressed with the professionalism of the entire service, but a particular mention should be given regarding their excellent communication and responsiveness. It has been a real pleasure working with them and if we have any further requests for work they will be our first point of contact.

After our boiler stopped working we had alot of trouble getting it fixed, until we contacted Prestantia! Richard and his team had been recommended by our neighbour and I couldn't be happier. His team came out, identified the problems and did everything they could to source the parts we needed as quick and as cheap as possible. Due to it being the week before Christmas they were determined to make sure we had heat and hot water before Christmas Day. They have fixed the problems and even had a few days to spare. We will definately be using them again!

Richard and the Prestantia team undertook a ceiling repair and some redecorating for us just before Christmas.
