From the very start of contacting Ian I knew l would be receiving a fantastic end product for my refurbished lampshade. Excellent communication and advice. Even down to ordering a box big enough to get it to Bolton. On receiving my lampshade back on such a quick turnaround I can only say it’s better than I could have imagined. It has gone from a dated drab lampshade to a real beauty. Absolutely stunning now, I’m so thrilled, the companies craftsmanship is excellent.
