I was extremely fortunate to come across Ray. He has rectified one to many plumbing issues of my refurbished property. The one quality I saw in him - He doesn't give up finding the fault and resolving the issue. People like him are gold dust in this industry and worth holding onto. Not to expensive either.

A tap broke in one of our shops, and we were unable to turn it off or stop the water. After calling many "emergency" plumbers who wouldn't come out or were fully booked for days, I called this company, and Gary tried his best to help over the phone. He came out to us within the hour and got it fixed quickly. Highly recommend this company, they are lifesavers!

Ray visited on Friday and despite the management of our complex being difficult and not letting him park his van outside our apartment door, he was more than happy to bring his tools to our flat, and was professional, quick, and would have no objection to using him again.

Called Power Drainage and Plumbing Services on a Saturday afternoon to deal with a blocked toilet/drain at a tenanted property. Although they were miles away working on another job they offered to deal with the job early that evening and did just that. And all at a competitive price. Couldn't ask for more than that and would have no hesitation using them again.

The team at Power Drainage are first class and have certainly gone the extra mile for us with our recent drainage issue at our large office premises in Woodford. Courteous and polite, came and just got straight on with the job with the least possible hassle and disruption.

Had blocked kitchen pipes and bathroom pipes. Even though I was some distance away, there were no call out charges or hassles. The engineer who came out did not stop until the drains were as brand new. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly satisfied customer here.

Having had a nightmare with other well-known companies, I couldn't recommend Power Services more. Called them Saturday afternoon with an externally blocked toilet; all sorted by 6. 30 pm. Reasonable price for out-of-hours, and what is ostensibly an emergency call-out. One extremely grateful customer.

Couldn't recommend Ray and Power Drainage and Plumbing enough. Had a blocked toilet. Called another drainage 'expert' first. He came round, spent an hour umming and ahhing, took my money and left without completing the job. Called Ray and he came round as promised and had the job done in 15 minutes. He had the tools for the job and said straight off that he wasn't going to leave us stranded. If you have a plumbing job needs doing Ray's your man. Andy and Jem.

My property is a old council 4 bedroom ground floor flat built in the 1930's. The old boiler and cylinder system is highly complexed job and not everyone has the tenacity to find faults or to pull out boards to do the work. Well, Ray came and within 20mins unravelled the issue. His willingness to find the issue and got mucky and hands on approach was exceptional. He got out of his way to fit in additional parts to make plumbing work easier next time if needed. He explained how the system works so it was enlightening. Power Drainage came out on short notice and gave professional, efficient and friendly service. Would recommend to everyone for all their plumbing problems.

Ray came out promptly on a Saturday to fix both of my toilets, the downstairs in a matter of seconds and the upstairs within half an hour. After my downstairs roof collapsed In the cloakroom, Ray came and correcting the filling value stopping the overflow coming back into the house and the garden. OUTSTANDING. We found a plumber at long last - a TRUSTWORTHY! Plumber, in today's world. Ray you are GOLD. We were lost and terrified, panicking, with garden full of water - blocked drains! For days, and days and days. Who do we call? . So many times we were ripped off and let down. . Incopetent 'plumbers'. and always trying to invent and add extra, non-existent work. Desperate, we were anxiously searchingthe Internet, relying on intuition and luck. And then it suddenly happened. Ray is a fast thinking, fast acting, well organised and extremely helpful, thoroughly experienced, knowledgeable professional. He cares about people. He senses the crises with the first call - he reassured us and calmed us down, and then kept in touch until he turned up, which was on the same morning.Ray has systematic approach, PATIENTLY EXPLAINING everything as he goes along, politely offering advice and diagnosing the problem. We soon become relaxed. He then immediately goes into action, while caring to anticipate and avoid any complications. Ray has an array of useful machinery - and an impressive knowledge and skill to go with it, as he uses it with such ease. he keeps explaining things, and has shared a lot of interesting informating with us, also kindly letting us learn and understand details about high pressure water jetting - useful knowledge for the future. Later, we mentioned to him some other long-standing plumbing problems and he cared to attend them all, too. He also gave us an excellent, HONEST advice about the two water-tanks in the loft, the problem that was torturing us for more than 2 years. Then he effortlessly and swiftly fixed water leaks on them! - a horrible, awkward, awfully dusty work, that no other plumber wanted or managed to deal with. By the time he left everything was working perfect - we were gob-smacked. He turned the crises day into - a pleasant one. The work done is a tidy, superb quality one.Really first class. We had a water pouring our in to our courtyard, we waited all day for another company who did not turn up, but we spoke to Ray at 7. 45pm and he was here by 8. 30pm. He investigated the problem thoroughly and quickly resolved the issue. I have to say their competence and skill was excellent, we would happily recommend Ray and Power Drainage to anyone.

Ray attended and emergency for my mother in law in Holloway. No fuss, no silly call out charges. He turned up as agreed and did a fantastic job at a great price.
