Pottery Homes are house portraits; unique and personal sculptures that capture the true characteristics of a property in a handmade 3D pottery model. Each model is individually crafted from clay and finished in a choice of varying styles to suit the property.

Pottery Homes are all handmade by Vicky Scotcher from a home based studio in Derbyshire. As a trained design engineer Vicky has great attention to detail and thoroughly enjoys working with clay and creating pieces of art that people can’t believe are their very own homes.

Commissioning a home to be portrayed in pottery is a wonderful gift for any house proud family or individual. They are the ideal personalised gift. It doesn’t matter whether your house is big, small, old, new, semi detached or even a terraced house. Any home, or indeed property, can be modelled. In general the models are approximately 10-15cm tall and 25cm wide and made from durable stoneware clay or terracotta.

Did my old home in 2015. Exact likeness. So perfect. So much so now that we have moved we want to order another likeness of our new home in North Yorkshire.
