I have to Thank Pardeep Chahal for the help provided to find me the best mortgage rate and arrange all the paperwork. The process went very smooth and Pardeep was always very reactive to answer emails and phone calls ! Also credits goes to Steve Jackson and the whole Portico team. The overall experience with them was very positive I would recommend it. Max.

Portico was appalling from the minute we signed the tenancy contract. It was impossible to get hold of them after that and they tried to cheat us out of our deposit when we left. Highly unprofessional and a nightmare to rent from!

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give less as I am writing this still appalled with the lack of professionalism Portico as showed. From allowing a mice infestation to proliferate in our property for 4+ months, making us not able to use almost 50% of the property for almost half of our tenancy and only blocking entrance points when ´forced' by environmental health. To bullying the tenants and ignoring our concerns on multiple occasions. To attend the property for viewings without no warning or consent whatsoever. To delivering the house in a gross cleaning condition and having a superficial check in report compared to an extremely detailed check out report, and then claiming money to clean an already cleaned property while refusing to show any receipts. If you are considering renting, run as far away from Portico as you can as they are the most dishonest agency I have ever had the displeasure to rent from. They will also not allow you to make a formal complaint.
