John Smart, PMR Training and Development Director, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM), and Incorporated Engineer, and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IEng, MIET). He is also a fully qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor, and Member of the Association for Coaching, the leading UK coaching organisation, as well as a qualified Psychometric and Occupational Assessor.
