Philip arrived today as arranged very punctually and did a very good job replacing a leaking mains stopcock and fixing a leaking tap also. No hesitation in recommending him.

Professional and efficient service. Arrived exactly on time and carried out work without any issues or delays. I noticed a small drip coming from my new insinkerator that Philip fitted. I sent him a pic and he arrived back within 24hrs to fix it. Absolutely reliable, very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.

Contacted PMG over Christmas holidays as I had a hidden leaking/weeping water pipe. Philip kept in touch with me regarding arranging a suitable time and date. He arrived as agreed and messaged me 10 mins prior to let me know he was on the way. He located and fixed the leaking pipe keeping me informed all the way thru. Very neat and tidy and left our bathroom as he found it despite having to cut thru some of the floor. Philip also took time to fit a spur to my mains pipe to connect a water filter, even though I hadn't mentioned in initial conversations. Excellent job at a fair price.

I was delighted with the service provided by PMG. Although it was only a small job, Philip came at a time that suited me and fixed the problem with the toilet quickly. He ws friendly and good humoured even though I had described the problem incorrectly and he had to go and change the part he'd brought with him. He did a great job at a good price and tidied up before he left. Definitely recommended.

Excellent, very skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, discusses and explains things well. Price is reasonable and well worth it, especially as job well done gave peace of mind. For example, he • diagnosed and replaced failed motorized valves, • replaced immersion heater that was jammed with rust and difficult to remove, • fixed leaking cistern, • converted some toilets to easy push button operation had previous – had previously been difficult to flush, • redesigned the overflow from hot tank to prevent recurrence of a previous dangerous inflow of hot water to cold tank, etc. All worked perfectly.

Excellent service delivered promptly at a quality standard every time. Philip answers his phone, gets back to you promptly, and turns up on time. Recently removed and installed radiators at my home with no issues. Highly recommend.

Excellent work came when promised did a first rate job and was very clean &a tidy. Would highly recommend.

Philip replaced old valves on four of my radiators with thermostatic valves efficiently and with minimal interruption at what seems a fair price. He was friendly and respectful and I will certainly contact him if I need a plumber again in the future.
