Extremely efficient service. Today Dan also fixed the guttering, free of charge. He was so helpful, fast and efficient, it took him no time or trouble at all. Would definitely recommend.

I had high hopes from Plumtree after reading really great reviews online and love the ease of direct debit payments. The first clean was okay. But the recent one was really poor. Sadly the cleaning was not of a very high standard. Definitely not how they describe the clean will be. None of the sills were cleaned and some windows still had cobwebs on them! I tried to contact the company but no number and email is still unanswered. I will be cancelling my direct debit and have let them know.

Owen arrived to undertake our first conservatory clean by Plumtree. He worked flat out, very diligently, to clean all areas. He was able to remove much of the. Staining on some roof panels and the whole effect was outstanding. Everywhere was left in a clean and tidy condition. Well done Owen and Plumtree.

We’ve delighted with the service provided by Plumtree and have been a customer for over 2 years now. As well as providing spotless windows, they also clean upvc frames and doors. Communication and payment are simple. Last year we also benefitted from Plumtree cleaning soffits, fascias, gutters and the conservatory roof. Recently we had our drive and patio spray cleaned (by another company) which left our windows and upvc significantly splattered with dirt. I emailed Plumtree and Owen re-cleaned our windows the next day - brilliant responsive service.

I first got in touch with Plumtree when moving house before Christmas 2016. I wanted them to clean the windows at the new house and at the old. Dates are always uncertain when moving and they were extremely accommodating. They cleaned the new in the morning and came back in the afternoon to clean the old as we moved out. They have cleaned my windows ever since. Payment is very easy via the GoCardless system. They send you a text the night before they arrive to remind you to unlock gates etc so they can have access to the back of the house. Plumtree Window Cleaning are always reliable and responsive. They offer competitive rates and payment is hassle free. We have tried a few very well known companies and would stick with Plumtree every time ! We were the first in our row of houses to try Plumtree and now many of our neighbours have followed suit !
