Plumbtec 24

I rang at 15:45 Monday as my toilet was leaking and water was coming up through the floor. I was told "Andrew" would call me back as he was on a job. At 18. 30 I rang back as I'd heard nothing ( I gave them my mobile and landline), but got a recorded message and the website showed that the office was shut. I had to turn the water off at the stopcock because of the leak, and have had no water or heat for 2 1/2 hours. I've had to call an emergency plumber who can't say when they'll be out (, maybe an hour and a half) and are charging me an arm and a leg. So be aware: they'll just lie to you.

Came home from holiday and found our water tank in the loft was leaking through the ceiling below…In a panic I quickly called a few plumbers in Glasgow but none were able to come out immediately…However, I managed to get through to this plumbing company and they immediately sent out an emergency plumber who stopped the leak…Very impressive service which I would recommend to anyone….

Had a burst pipe to my kitchen sink. Plumber arrived as scheduled and quickly fixed the problem. All in a very good service which I will use again.

Supplied and fitted a new shower for us and fixed a couple of other plumbing repairs at the same time…A dripping kitchen tap and a small leak under the sink. The plumber took care of everything and kept the areas he was working in very clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.

Brilliant plumber, very honest and trustworthy who also charges fair prices and gives great advice. I contacted him as I needed a new shower supplied and fitted and he recommended that I get a thermostatic mixer shower which would perform better than an electric shower, plus it would also save me money in the long run. Clearly a plumber who knows his trade inside out and I would recommend his services to everyone.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Plumbtec 24. They installed a Vokera Vision combi boiler for my 82 year old Mum which has made such a difference to the heating and hot water in her house. Extremely friendly and professional engineers and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Just had my boiler serviced - Ideal combi 30cx. The engineer arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very polite and friendly and went to the bother of explaining everything he had done. Very happy with the overall service and price, will be using again and would recommend to others.

Words can't describe how much of a bad experience we've had. Since we got these plumbers out we've had nothing but hassle after hassle. They came round over 5 times to try and fix the problem but clearly their plumbers are inexperienced. We've been sent countless invoices asking for thousands of pounds for burst pipe repairs which were caused by our plumbers. Avoid at all costs they're the worst we've ever had.
