Steve, John and Sam worked tirelessly packing, moving and delivering to the right place in the new address. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them despite a long hard day. Courtney in the office also went over and above to ensure things went smoothly. I was very impressed and recommend Platinum Removals.

We used Platinum to move home on 10th January 2024. Andy, James and Shaun arrived as agreed on the morning of the 9th January, and cracked on. By the time they finished that day, 90% of our items were loaded. The following morning Andy, James and Carl arrived on time, and emptied the remaining items. They then met us at our new home, once confirmed with our solicitor, and emptied everything. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, and they made the whole experience relaxing and entertaining. If you are moving home, make sure you use Platinum, as they really do go above and beyond expectations. They were on time both uplifting and delivering our goods despite a very late handover of the new house keys. Platinum moved us to our new home and quite honestly we couldn’t have done it without them! We had the full packaging service aswell which was absolutely magnificent! We just got out of the way and left them to it! They had virtually packed up the whole house bar our bed and two chairs in 5 hrs! Then returned the following morning to pack remaining bits. Nothing too much trouble and a lovely team of people, couldn’t recommend enough just took the stress out of moving! First class all round!

We moved from North Wales to Cumbria, a 2 day operation, and the whole team couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and reassuring, from booking to unloading the very last piece of furniture. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We moved house from Shropshire to Scotland last week and we were just blown away by the service we received from Nigel and his team (incl Stephen, Olivia, Carl and James), they were absolutely outstanding! They all had a fantastic sense of humour, were extremely polite and well mannered and just got on with it all, taking it in their stride. They worked so hard and it was very warm as well, and then Nigel and Stephen had the long trip up the road with all our stuff which couldn't have been easy on a Fri afternoon heading north up the M6! When they arrived before us, it was a tight fit for the van up the drive so they unloaded absolutely everything through the small gate to the front door instead, never complaining when they had to move the lorry for the odd car/quad bike. It's a very rural quiet area and they carried on until gone 10pm then had a 40 min drive before they could get some rest and get their head down in Ayr cos of drivetime and then they had the long drive back down on the Saturday. They were almost like family by the time they left (even Herbie the lab misses Stephen! ). We can't thank them enough, the situation was stressful enough as it was without the journey but these were amazing! Platinum removals were excellent. I moved house over a two day period when the weather was blisteringly hot. The removals team all worked so hard, without complaint in really difficult conditions. Nothing was too much trouble and they made a big life event much, much easier.
