With broad experience, using the most up to date research tools, and fully qualified staff, the company provides a professional and independent financial advice service to individuals and businesses. The service is intended to be friendly, easy to understand, and cost effective, enabling customers to plan for the future in a cost effective way with unbaised advice that is specific to their needs and lifestyle.
The first part of the process is to discuss your needs on the phone and email, then we can do some initial research to give you some ideas of costs and rates etc. , then a more formal discussion to record enough of the information required to make an application. We provide a recommendation and quotation for you to consider, and if you are happy with that, we then apply for a decision in principle and then full mortgage application, and will re-apply several times if required at no extra cost. We also take care of any lender issues or queries and make sure that the process is as stress free and quick as possible.
Platinum First Finance has close links to a team or other professional associates, qualified in all areas including Home Equity and Lifetime mortgages, and to Diploma level, to provide advice in all areas of financial services where required.
Platinum First Finance has an expanding customer base, located throughout the UK, but mainly along the M4 corridor between South Wales, Bristol, and London.
The business advises upon a range of financial products, home and commercial mortgages that available from the most of the market, that are appropriate for customers according to their needs. Using an online client portal system and modern product research and analysis tools, the product advice provided is based upon an agreed basis of suitability, cost, value, performance, range of features, and benefits. The advice is available either by meeting at a customers choice of location including home or work place, or carried out by telephone, email, and postal basis.
The company is run by Geraint Lewis who has been involved in the Financial Adviser industry for many years. Geraint Lewis has extensive training and experience, having previously worked for Standard Life for 4 years and then been a member of several financial advisory networks.
