If we could leave no stars, we would! We employed Plan-A to produce an objection letter for us against the Clowne Garden Village development in Derbyshire, and had sought their services out of the area to avoid any links to the local council. After months of discussions, payment: we were at the point of submitting our objection, only to find that Plan-A had submitted similar work for our parish council without bothering to tell us 3 weeks earlier. We are in dispute with Bolsover District Council and their staff work closely and socialise with Clowne Parish Council, as they are in the same village. We strongly feel that this was a direct conflict of interest and they charged us for work that they had already produced for CPC. Our basic requirement had always been to get a new expert opinion on the subject. They took advantage of our small charity, and behaved in a deceitful and unprofessional manner. CPC had previously indicated that they were using the services of a solicitor.
