Mine is an unusual case with a story behind it but both Lee and Adam have this week successfully put a positive end to my nightmare experience! In November I had 8 windows supplied and fitted by another company (I won’t name them) who provided me with poor quality windows and the fitting of them was just unacceptable with the whole process a joke and 3 windows massively undersized in addition to damaged frames…. Damage to glass…. Sealant poorly applied or missing. The company then kept giving me excuse after excuse and would not come out to which point I took the extreme decision to have Lee and Adam @ PL Glazing quote me to supply and for all 8 windows again! Lee came out, saw the issues for himself and quoted me a price I couldn’t refuse understanding my frustration and upset after what I have been through with the last company. The windows were ready within 3 weeks, they came when they said they would and took their time over 2 days ensuring fitting was to the highest of standards! They were very tidy respectful around the house (unlike the previous company) and took pride in all that they did. I can honestly say I am very happy with the results the windows look great and better quality with neat fitting. I would 100% recommend P&L glazing and have full confidence that if I have any issues with the windows they will resolve any issue at their earliest convenience. I already have another job lined up for them replacing the side garage door. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future when needing any window or door related work.Moreexpand_more

Second review. We’ve now used P&L glazing for quite a few replacements of misted windows, replaced hinges and handles. Always reliable, turn up when they say they will. Professional and efficient, highly recommend.

Had new anthracite windows and front door fitted at the front of my house and all glass replaced in the back. Lee did a fantastic job at a really good price. He was very professional and helpful all the way through, nothing was too much trouble. He was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I needed an emergency glazier as my new bed wouldn’t fit through my small interior doors to our bungalow. I called PL glazing and he said no problem I will be there in 10 minutes. True to his word, within 10 minutes he arrived and took the window out, helped me put the bed through the window and put the wi Dow back in. Amazing service, I would highly recommend. My mum just had all her windows and doors done. Throughout the whole process Lee was very understanding and patient with my mum who was apprehensive about the project. He explained the whole process step by step. He even went above and beyond and fixed a broken window sill and put numbers on her door. The whole process was quick and mess free. Highly recommend.

Lee did an amazing job of our bungalow. Lee asked us how many openings we would like and was such a perfectionist to ensure the front of the bungalow matched the back. Lee and his son worked so hard they never stopped. It wasn’t the easiest job we have two huge windows. Would definitely recommend. Very tidy nothing was out of place. Lee came and quoted 2 new bay window leaded glass replacements, was very professional and polite.
