HIs professionalism and advice has had a huge contribution towards our charity receiving the highest accolade that a charity can receive in recognition of its outstanding work with local children who are struggling with their reading. This award is given to recognise outstanding work and IGM have contributed towards this award by ensuring our website has regularly updated content, intuitive and easy to use. We really appreciate Iain’s help in ensuring that our charity carries on it’s vital work throughout Berkshire.

IGM Computers reviewed my laptop, and basically gave it a thorough MOT. Even though it is less than a year old, I was astonished to find that it had a virus. Ian quickly installed the relevant software and removed it. All very painless and without the usual PC speak often used by the likes of PC World to confuse you!

IGM sent an engineer to remove a virus from my Samsung notebook. The engineer came out to pick it up and returned it the next day. Overall the service was fantastic. They even installed new software for me so I hopefully won't get any more viruses!

I had a thick line running horizontally across my laptop screen which had been bugging me for ages. I called IGM, they sent their engineer to collect my laptop and I got a call to confirm the price to fix it within a few hours. The laptop was repaired and returned promptly the following morning.
