Pioneer company offers an excellent service. I was offered great service and recommendation on new Dell computer, setting it up, transferring data from previous computer and giving advice on best purchase, specification to suit my needs. They did everything for me seamlessly. Dhiraj and his technicians were cheerful and obliging in their approach at all times, offering helpful advice and information when requested.

Exceptionally good with getting to call outs as soon as possible. Upgraded our IT suite to a high standard with all new computers and programme updates in speedy time. Assessed our projector + audio connection problems which wired through a complicated link system and managed to locate the problem and sort it out at a very good price. An Engineer came to fix our Internet at Home, he was very helpful and went out of his way to help us find lost passwords for our Internet and advised us to speak to talk talk to give us better Internet rates. Recommend their services very highly.
