This company provided an excellent and friendly service. I asked to have 20+ VHS tapes and 11 mini DV tapes transferred to DVD. The tasks were handle in a friendly but professional manner and the results are excellent. My family now has easy access to holiday memories going back two decades. We had greatly anticipated having our old VHS' into digital format but it was one of those jobs we never quite got round too. But so happy we eventually did. James transferred 17 old tapes onto DVDs for us, with over 20 years of memories you can imagine the sentimental value. We had to put all our trust in james and so happy we did. Many thanks James for your excellent service and extreme patience in transferring an old holiday video not only onto DVD's for myself and family but also onto a CD for my brother in the USA to view on his laptop. The first CD failed and at no extra charge you took the time and effort to solve the problem. My brother is now able to watch a holiday video taken about 14 years ago of his son who died suddenly 4 years ago aged 38, and sends his thanks for this "living memory". I had an old VHS tape converted to DVD and the quality is very good. James also added some background music as they were old silent home movies and they now have a bit of atmosphere to them. My web enquiry was dealt with very quickly and I had a time specified when it would be ready and it was ready on time. I would definitely recommend James to all my friends and colleagues.

This service is brilliant - James was very helpful and kept me informed on progress with converting our VHS tapes to DVD. Even came to pick the tapes up from me at home. Good price compared to high street and a better quality service I would imagine! Would use again if needed and would definitely recommend. James at "Pictures to life" has done a great job of transferring our Wedding Video to DVD. I was slightly hesitant as our video was 13 years old and had originally only been produced by friends. To my surprise, and delight , the DVD is excellent. The quality (audio and visual) is much better than I expected, making the whole thing very professional. James has done such a fantastic job with our wedding DVD. The work was carried out professionally and James kept us informed of his progress regularly. The DVD is not only better than we could ever have expected, but it is better than any other wedding DVD that I have seen - and this is such a credit to James as he only had amateur footage to work with. James was able to transform this footage and really bring the day to life, incorporating photos and music that are so personal to us. We ordered lots of copies of the DVD originally but then had to increase this as our family have been so impressed and all wanted a copy!
