Picture to Puppet is a company making custom puppets and soft toys to order. We also offer a Toy Hospital service, where much-loved teddies can come in for repairs and go home looking good as new! All of the work is done by a small team in our Edinburgh studio.

Our Leith Toy Hospital has had many happy customers. Whether your favourite toy needs a small fix or a complete reconstruction, we will give it the care it needs while preserving its unique personality. We work with soft toys of any sort, and have repaired everything from antique teddies to pokemon plushies! We ship all over the world, so you can post your toy and have it returned within a few weeks. We are also happy to do drop-in jobs if you want to come by our Edinburgh toy studio. It's always nice to meet customers in person and chat while we fix up teddy!

Picture to Puppet specialises in making puppets and soft toys to order. Just send in a photo or drawing, and we'll work with you to realise your vision. We can work from a personal likeness of someone, a child's drawing, a cartoon of your mascot, or photo of your pet. There is a wide range of options, including muppet-style hand puppets, glove puppets, and cuddly toys. We do bulk orders of up to 50, but there's no minimum and we're happy to create one-of-a-kind items.
