Richard restored some old photos, enhanced and removed a logo from another and did a brilliant job of getting a 12x12" photo from a mobile upload with millions of pixels! I've given 5 stars for every category because Richard is so helpful, obviously excellent at his craft and the work he's done for me is priceless really.
Richard has restored several faded and very damaged photographs for me and has also worked on some extremely poor quality negatives with excellent results. In addition, he recently created a treasured photograph of my parents by using two separate images. I have always been so impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and expertise. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.
Previous reviews I have read say all there is to say. Professional, friendly, helpful, the 'end result' has given me excellent pictures to keep wonderful. Memories vividly alive.
I cannot speak highly enough of Richard Haines and his work. He amazes me with the work he does on photographs and I have given him some very challenging ones to do. He is always quick to complete these showing me each stage to check the photograph is exactly as I want to see it. He is alway very professional and courteous a pleasure to do business with. The photograph illustrated was an old black and white photograph in very poor condition. The finished result was amazing.
This is the third time I have used Photographs Forever and as usual I am very impressed with the results Richard managed to achieve. I sent him a very tattered family picture featuring 5 family members where one side of the youngest head and body were missing and the rest generally faded. Richard managed to recreate the missing side of the body and restored the rest of the photo. This will be a gift for a 65th wedding anniversary which in itself is remarkable as were the results Richard achieved. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the service.
I have used Richard a few times now but the last twice he has worked wonders for me. I asked him to re-do a photograph of my mum on her wedding day 1955 ish. My sister and I are both delighted with the result. I will certainly use Richard again and my sister now has his details also.
Richard was a pleasure to work with. He was very open to my requests and changes and kept following up until he knew I was completely satisfied with both the service and the product. The photograph of my grandfather has tuned out exactly like I had hoped and I would certainly use Photographs Forever again.
Richard was thorough and professional. He helped me with my ideas without being pushy. The results are fantastic and our photo montages are much loved by the family.
I have used Richard's services on at least 7 different photos. This includes complete restoration with pieces ripped or missing to minor touch ups and enhancement. The service is always exceptional, carried out within a good time scale and the results are always better than expected.
This is the third time I have used Photographs Forever. I obtained this photo of my grandfather from a relative. As you will see from the original it was very faded but Richard worked his magic and I am delighted with the result. Excellent personal service and I would surely recommend this company to family and friends. Will be using it myself in the future.
I needed a photo done urgently of my dad for the order of service. High street shops take 2 weeks. Found this website and Richard was very polite and professional. Once he had received a copy of my photo via email, he had restored it and sent me a copy in about an hour. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend and use again xx.
Have used Richard several times to restore old photos and he never fails to delivery excellent results. As well as cleaning up old faded photos he manages to 'repair' and damaged photos to make them so much better than the originals. Will be continuing to use him in the future.
I was born, rather late to my parents, in 1920 and accumulated a number of old tattered and faded photoos, which I almost threw away. After. Digital enhancement by Richard, they are now, not only restored but better than the originals. I can now recognise people and places that I could not see before and place them in the family.
