I ordered a beautiful 3 d photo crystal which arrived in super quick time really packaged well and complete with a lovely presentation box would definately use again many thanks I am extremely pleased and impressed with your service.

I believe feedback should be honest and constructive in order to improve the experience from both sides. Firstly I would like to say that the photo crystal was for an Xmas gift, so arrived in good time for the big day. I think communication could be better. There is a phone number but that ended in a message to send an Email. I would like to talk to a real person if there is an issue to deal with. The chat bot on the site did not work at all. The crystal was as ordered and I am pleased with it. A higher resolution would have been much better, but the max I could upload was 2 MB. Other companies offer high res for similar amounts. Having said all this I would use them again and recommend this service to others.Moreexpand_more

Wow what a charmer Andrew is. I asked where my product was I ordered 29th august 2022, still not arrived 15/09/22. Andrew could not have given a rats backside there was a royal mail strike etc etc although every other parcel got through. Apparently I am aggressive for sending a notice to take him to court for a refund but he was ignoring me. I think Andrew is probably a one man band and could do with a secretary as he really is the most arrogant and condescending individual with the business acumen of a frog, although that is unfair on frogs.
