They will sign you up for a 3 year contract and quietly auto renew without consent. Unless you cancel the contract 42 DAYS before the auto renewal, you will be automatically renewed for another 3 years. If you are lucky to finally get rid of these people you can no longer use recordings you paid for. It's licensed. They us small print to hide their practices.

They will sign you up for a 3 year contract then auto renew 3 years more. If you want to cancell you have to pay 10k and give mak all the recordings and music. They own everything you will get screwed. Save your money.

I would give this company 0 stars. Do not sign a contract with them! The contract automatically renews if you don't email them exactly within 42 days before renewal without any notice. Any professional company would contact you to let you know that your renewal is coming and discuss any changes to keep your business. As many others have stated and 100% agree, PHMG uses a contract to trap business owners. They do not care about their customers. You are just a number. They constantly change account reps, so you never have a relationship with the rep in your region.

This company is the biggest rip off ever ! We signed contract because they promised the world, We had on hold message done, but also wanted a fleet of 20 mobiles done with messages. They couldn't get it to work so said we had to work it out and send the most confusing instructions. Tried to cancel the contract only to be told we are locked in for 3 years. As if that wasn't bad enought, 3 years finally came to an end so we told them to cancel, only to be told because we didn't give 42 days notice before the end date we were now locked in for another 3 years. The biggest contract scam I have ever heard of. That would be classified by the ACCC as unfair contracting. Needless to say we told them where to shove it and cancelled our credit card so they couldn't keep charging us. Don't touch them with a barge pole ! Watch out when you sign up - this company policy uses a rolling contract whichautomatically renews for "36 months" - so unless you give notice at the right time you are locked in for a lot of wasted monet.

Used to have the audio from the network on our phone system, the call from PH Media was a welcome one and it's something we'venever looked back on. So much more professional and in keeping with our own brand.

I wish we had signed on for the service long before we did. The team made me aware of what was on my system before having there product installed. Certainly opens my eyes. I can honestly say we will never look back.

Ever since sign up in 2019 we have been very pleased with the service. The sale was welcome and the workshop that followed really got us thinking about our business. The final delivery matched with both the sale and workshop and is a must have in our business.

Value - 5 star, the product is used every day and gives our business the professionalism we need. Service - 5 star, the sign on process and account management has been second to none, always available when we need to update. Quality - 5 star, the music and voice and copywriting techniques are world class.

Really pleased with the service provided by our account manager, Lauren. Recommend their service and the product is very useful.

Horrendous company and so-called service. Tried on several times to get the recorded messages from them, nothing produced for us. Paying over £400 per quarter and still no messages. Complained and asked to cancel as they were not fulfilling their side of the contract. I was told that the current agreement stand and we will have to continue paying. Please don't buy into their false promises. You will have to chase them and in our case, get nowhere. You can't cancel, there isn't actually an allowed reason to cancel even when they don't deliver. WARNING - Make sure you read their contracts, they auto renew and tie you in for a very lengthy term. I. E if you sign for an initial 36 months, at the end you will automatically be liable for another 36 months if you don not cancel. .

Like every body else I had no knowledge of the roll on contract and they failed to tell me at the beginning of the contract that this would be the case. Now they are threatening with legal action unless I pay the full amount out standing BEWARE do not sign any thing unless you are aware.

Quick, excellent service and recording quality. That’s what I signed for and so far that’s what’s been delivered.

If you want a seamless and professional sound for your company, this is the way to go. They also have a lot of technical knowledge and helped us get the most out of our new system.

Dealt with PHMG for several years and always got huge benefit out of the service. Very friendly staff and timely updates. The music and messaging works for my business.

If it was possible to select zero stars, we would. Having been with PHMG over 5 years, when we reviewed our contract it turned out they had not supplied us with half of the service addons they had promised. When we tried to come out of the contract they told us it rolls on every 18 months without our knowledge so we would have to wait another year or pay them thousands in cancellation fees.
