A certified Level 3 personal trainer that's fully insured. I work out of a private gym in Hayes (Olympian fitness gym - at Goals, Springfield Road. UB4 0LP, and also offer park sessions in the west London and Middlesex area. At home sessions also available depending on location etc.
Each session length: 1 hour.
First package discount: 10 PT sessions at £365, normally £400.
Package comes with free gym entry, a customised meal plan, weekly check ins, progress tracker, diet advice, WhatsApp support, home fitness challenges etc. Free parking on site also.
