MU - Musicians' UnionDan offers enthusiastic and fun music lessons for children and adults of all ages and abilities.
Often praised for his friendly and encouraging approach to teaching, Dan specialises in Piano, Music Theory (up to Grade 5) and Composition and delivers over 1,000 individual music lessons per year. Workshops and masterclasses are also provided. You can either learn for fun or work towards music exams. Dan has a full and up to date DBS certificate and Public Liability Insurance.
Dan also provides Classical, smooth jazz, pop and original piano music for weddings, functions, events and care homes. Music performed can be from his own repertoire or can be specific pieces of music which are relevant to you. Make your event even more personal by commissioning your own piece of music, which will be composed specifically for you.
Dan has a Post Graduate Diploma in Composition from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama as well as a BA (Hons) Degree in Music from Bath Spa University College.

As an older student I find Dan extremely patient and always willing to try something different to keep up the enthusiasm - it's easy to become disheartened when you aren't progressing as well as you would like. Very professional attitude to teaching.
