Had our bathroom project recently completed by Pat. Job started on 24/01/2026 and completed on 04/02/2026. The bathroom created by Pat exceeded our expectations. Our renovation project started back in November 2026. Our involvement with Pat was a great experience from start to finish from purchasing advice at the start of our project leading to the purchasing of the products to the completion of our bathroom renovation project. The quality of the products purchased could have been acquired through Pat's trade network and project knowledge of what works and does not from the type of tiles, type of flooring and from how you can change the way the aesthetic look of your bathroom by simply changing your bathroom accessories (taps, shower screen or shower unit from chrome to gunmetal look. The finish on everything was to a very high standard more importantly, Pat encouraged us to be active participants at all stages in our bathroom project and this was helped by Pat's openness and approachability. Me and my partner found Pat's knowledge, experience and guidance from a functionality or aesthetic highly valued and proved to be so often on point. We are so glad we picked Pat to renovate our bathroom as not only are we extremely happy with the quality and finish of his work but our bathroom. Pat was highly recommended by family and friends and completed my new bathroom last week. The quality and finish of his work is exceptional. Pat's most recent work for us was installing bespoke fitted wardrobes one on of our bedrooms. They are absolutely beautiful and amazingly spacious- what he managed to do with what was a very awkward space is incredible. Not the first job Pat has done for us and won't be the last, his skill and workmanship means he's the first person I call when anything needs done!

Delighted with kitchen Pat went above and beyond with suggestions and work carried out. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. He lowered ceiling and removed pipes making kitchen more streamlined. Thanks again Pat.

I forgot to leave a review at the time but I always recommend Pat to anyone I speak to. I took over my grans house a few years ago and Pat fitted us a new bathroom. At the same time we had a big well known company doing our kitchen, Pat absolutely blew them out the water and I am still in love with my bathroom today. What I remember most is that I never felt at any point I was being ripped off. I have not had great experiences with finding people to do work in the house but I trusted Pat and his daughter completely. Thankyou both!

Pat fitted our new kitchen and flooring and also made a table for our nook. I cannot praise him highly enough. His communication and workmanship is first class, it is little wonder he is generally booked months in advance. It is difficult to get decent workmen so dealing with Pat has been a great experience.

I am delighted with his workmanship, it is first class as he takes such a pride in his work. What should have been a relatively simple job became a bit more involved due to plumbing issues when the bath was removed but Pat came up with a good solution. Pat had fitted a wetroom in my mothers home and we were delighted with the work and communication. He did the same for us in what is a quirky bathroom space. A real. Mix of styles that Pat fitted for us. His communication throughout was great and 815am starts daily were guaranteed. Any changes we wanted to do, he offered his advice and how it would work. We're very pleased with our new wetroom. .

Pat replaced an old sink unit with a new sink as well as storage unit, replacement radiator, and splashback all in one day. He was very efficient and the work is to a high standard. Excellent advice was offered in purchase of units that was much appreciated. No hesitation in reccomending Pat to others.
