Petwatch Services (Pet Sitting & Live-In Services)

I have been using Paulas Service for many years now and I never thought about a review but I was looking for her number and found it on here. She is very reliable and although I have a Bengal cat (Called Tiger, I know…) who doesn't really like anyone, Paula has managed to get the cat to come to her when she calls her and she doesnt try to bite her, which is rare. Petwatch Services is a good company and I wouldnt really like to leave my cat care to anyone else, even if she retires I still want to have her come lol Sorry Paula no rest for you!

OMG I was let down by my cat sitter the day before I went away I called Petwatch and spoke to Paulas son as Paula was out on her rounds. I left a message and she called me back within 30 mins! She advised that as long as it in home visits she can add this to her daily schedule not a problem! She came round, I filled out a few forms, Paula went through the routine, medical details ect, and put my mind at rest. When I came back everything was clean and tidy just as I left it….

I booked Petwatch to look after my 3 Dogs and snake while I was away. She was friendly on phone and also in person. I was away for nearly 3 weeks, and upon my return my home was clean and tidy just as I had left it. My dogs were happy and content and I doubt they even missed me lol. My snake was alive I would use Petwatch the next time I go away.

I have been let down by 2 other pettsitters already, so was wary of trying another. I hate putting my cats in a cattery, as they tend to come back depressed. So third time lucky! I called made an appointment, Paula turned up on time and was very friendly. Explained what I wanted (I am a tad fussy) all was fine. I went away, upon my return all was good! Post picked up, plants watered, checked with neighbour, they confirmed they saw Paula daily, she also gave them a friendly wave. So I feel happy my cats were well looked after while I was away. :).

Paula has come to feed our cat many times over the past 2½ years. She has been very adaptable to our variable needs and 100% reliable. I can thoroughly recommend Petwatch. By coming in a private car she does not advertise the fact that you are away - unlike some of her competitors.

Its so nice to know that I can call Petwatch a few days in advance and know that Paula will came and take care of my pets. She has my keys in her safe, so no need for me to be home to give them to her. It has made my life so less stressful trying to get home to feed my pets when I know Paula will do it for me.

Paula came to live in my home, while I went to work. I had a cat who had, had kittens and there was one that was poorly and needed to be feed every few hours. Paula arrived promptly every morning and took the best care of my kittens. Who are going from strength to strength. I am going away in the summer and will be booking Paula to come and stay again.

Paula came to look after my 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 rabbit and fish pond. I was away over the bad weather and my garden got water logged. She moved the rabbit hutch to higher ground and kept an eye on the water level of the pond as it was getting very high, and drained some off to keep the fish safe, I would totally recommend using Petwatch Services, and I will be doing so again the next time I need to go away.

Paula mainly looked after our 2 cats and our pond fish for 10 days. It is clear from the moment you meet her that Paula is very passionate about what she does and clearly has a love of animals. Our cats seemed very happy and content and looked after when we got back, and it was clear that Paula had gone beyond the scope agreed and had kept an eye on anything that needed doing - for instance the garden was watered on a hot day, and she kept everything very clean and tidy. This was wholly unexpected but really provides peace of mind. We found out afterwards that Paula had even carried out extra visits on certain days to make sure everything was fine. Thank you very much and we look forward to using your services again. Happy to recommend to others.

Paula looked after my 3 dogs whilst I was away a few times now and have always found her very helpful and considerate and I know that my dogs are in safe hands. Paula stayed at my house for one of the times and I trust her completely with staying there. I highly recommend Paula and her services.

Paula called every morning on my elderly mother who was looking after my cat while I was abroad for 9 weeks to feed him and change his litter tray. She soon became the best friend to my cat as she was always reliably on time. She also did extra things like emptying the rubbish and bringing my mother a paper. We have already booked her services aagain.

I admit from the start I am a high maintenance customer. However, I found the service I got from Petwatch to be of a good standard. I got a daily text and photo of my dog and cat at my own request. I was able to text Paula at anytime and know that I would get a quick response. I am a nervous pet owner but I wouldnt hesitate to have Paula look after my pets again, anytime.

Sorry it took so long but finally got round to it! Have used this company for nearly 5 years now so that should say enough? I have also booked for August and Sept and December already.

Paula looked after our 3 cats while I went on holiday, cant fault her and will use again.

I saw Paula's card in our local Groomers and gave her a call, she came round a few days later and I felt very comfortable with her straight away. She looked after my Lizard (izzy) and my dog Brando. Would recommend her to anyone and will use again!

Paula has just finished looking after my cat and bird while I went away on holiday. I needn't have worried, as all was fine when I got back, everything was clean and cared for and my cat and bird were happy as well , will use again, next time.

Paula has been a godsend to me and my hectic schedule! Lol I own 2 dogs and I am not always able to get home at a reasonable time to let them out for a walk and to do the necessary. I have the knowledge that I can call Paula in the afternoon and ask her to go to my home and look after my pets at short notice. I use the Key holder service so she has my keys held in her safe 24/7 so should I need to call she is able to get in straight away. Embarrassingly i have also called her when i got locked out and she came round (no charge)to let me back in. So I have no complaints at all and I would recommend her no worries at all.

I have used Paula's service a few times now so I thought it was time I wrote a review. I am more than happy to say that she is a friendly and caring lady that seems to have an infinity with animals, even my moody cat is happy to be stroked by her!

Paula came and looked after my 2 cats called Polo and Misty, I had to go away at quick notice and was very anxious as i have never used a petsitter before. I didnt have to worry upon my return my cats were happy contented and had been given some extra toys! All my post had been collected and a parcel had been collected from the post office as well. I will be using her again. Thank You Paula.
