Terrible! Do never contract this people! We moved from Spain to England and we set a date for them to pick up our dog. I have to leave my dog with someone as his available date was 15 days after our flight. We waited for 15 days and He never picked up the dog! Now, I have to pay longer to the person who is in charge of my dog and organize everything again with another company. Do not trust them.

David transported my daughters and granddaughters bearded dragon and hamster from the UK to Italy. An exceptional service, in contact throughout the journey with updates on his passengers. Van was well equipped, spotlessly clean and organised. I would use this service again and highly recommend David as his care and attention to his passengers was most evident, he stayed with them throughout the journey at all times.
