Anyone who has organised a charity event knows the pressure you are under to make a success of the evening. Peter took a lot of the pressure from me, he kept the evening flowing, helped make sure guests were where they should be, when they should be. He looked fantastic in his uniform, was at the reception before everyone else to make sure all was ready to go, he encouraged guests to dig deep to raise as much as possible. He was a joy to work with, friendly, thorough, just a kind, and gentle soul.
A big Thank You to Peter Aust for helping us with our daughters wedding on the 6th October, 2024. Aditi and Nick join us in passing on our gratitude to you. It was a very busy day and you really helped us run the day effectively. Your clear and jovial prompts were extremely appreciated. We can’t thank Peter enough for making our wedding day at Gibbon Bridge even more perfect, we managed to relax knowing full well Peter was on hand to announce to our wedding guests the order of the day, greet everyone and helped James in the morning to make sure everything is how we wished. Peter met with myself and my Mum and helped provide guidance and advice and listened to our wishes for our wedding day being so thoughtful and has great attention to detail. Our wedding day flowed just perfectly and we couldn’t recommend Peter enough to anyone who has an upcoming wedding or large event. Thank you so much Peter.
We booked Peter some 18 months prior for our daughters Wedding, after meeting him at a Gibbon Bridge Hotel Wedding fair. Peter advised us of the type of service he could offer, and we felt this would be very beneficial to the day. Peter kept in touch and arranged a prior meeting to discuss the Bride and Grooms wishes and expectations for the day. Peter provided very valuable advice and made copious notes and suggestions to enhance the day for them. On the day Peter had arrived in plenty of time, after liaising with the hotel and entertainers he had taken the time to check their timings and understand the running order. He then checked the venue was perfect, instructing all of the Wedding Party of their duties and made sure both they and the guests were feeling comfortable throughout the day. Dressed impeccably he greeted all guests on their arrival, explained the housekeeping and the Order of Service. The couples wishes had been duly noted to ensure the day was special and it certainly was under his watchful eye. Peter delivered his duties admirably, announcing all key moments throughout the day in a professional courteous manner. Peters organisational skills allowed us the full enjoyment of the Wedding knowing he was always overseeing everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter for his services for a special occasion like this. A true gentleman in every way. Where do I start? From the moment we met Peter over 3 years ago, we knew we wanted him to be part of our day. We met Peter at a wedding fair at the same place where we had our wedding at Gibbon Bridge Hotel in Chipping, Lancashire. Peter is charismatic and eloquent, his professionalism and attention to detail, is nothing short of outstanding. His appearance is exceptional and his organisation skills are second to none! We met Peter prior to the wedding to set the plan for the day. He gave us some great advice and pointers, some things we hadn’t even considered and without which, would have been noticeable on the day. Peter followed our running order of the day to a tee. He made sure our bridal party and groomsmen had everything they needed and that they were in the right place at the right time to keep to the timings of the day. The service Peter offers is fantastic and I would say, a must for any formal occasion. He was impeccable! He made all our guests feel welcome, escorted my elderly mum to her seat, making her feel special and super important. Peter’s presence added an enhanced sense of luxury to our day, we would not have changed a single thing, he was exceptional! Kathy and I cannot say enough good words about Peter. We first met him nearly 3 years ago when attending a wedding fair at Gibbon Bridge and we immediately knew we wanted him to be a part of our day. We have remained in close contact since and we feel like family. Peter was fabulous on the day and ensured Kathy and I were at ease all day. He organised all the family and where to be, what to do and made our family feel comfortable all day. I can’t say enough good things really. Peter is simply amazing! Being the maid of honour at my sisters wedding, Peter took the weight off my shoulders and was a massive help behind the scenes; from instructing guests where they needed to go or introducing everyone down the aisle. Peter was our Toastmaster on the 23rd May 2024 at the Manchester Marine Insurance Association's Annual Dinner held at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester. Peter has been involved with the association for many years and its due to his professionalism and his attention to detail. There is no surprise he is ranked no. 1 in his field. Peter was our toastmaster on 4th May 2024 and what a fantastic job he did! All my friends and family spoke about Peter weeks after. Everyone had the best time and Peter was great with all timings and getting everything perfect. We had a meeting 4 weeks before the day and it made us feel at ease! On the day we were so comfortable. Any concerns or issues Peter sorted them without us knowing so we didn't have the stress. Peter was a hit with all my family and stayed after to celebrate with us! We cannot thank Peter enough! Peter was incredibly hard working, has excellent time keeping, great people skills. Peter coordinated with all other suppliers and made sure our event went without a glitch.
