About Personal Training With Sarah Evans
Based in Wickham Bishops, Personal Training With Sarah Evans provides personal training to clients throughout Essex. Formed in 2011 the personnel has 16 years of experience in the fitness sector.
The purpose built studio offers a variety of fitness equipment and instruction, which it is designed to reduce body fat and or improve fitness for its clients. Using modern methods, the business also has capable staff enabling clients to reach their goals.
The studio can supply a friendly and motivational environment that caters for all needs and is designed for all fitness levels. Newly built, the studio offers cardiovascular and strength training with its varied equipment. The studio is available subject to times.
Sarah's personal training is absolutely fantastic! If you are slightly lazy like I am, Sarah is brilliant at motivating you to make you train hard and push you to the limit! Definitely recommend.
After 2 operations on my spine and regular bi monthly visits to the osteopath I thought that I would never see my fitness restored, a personal trainer was most definitely not for me. But half an hour on a Saturday morning has seen my core strength and fitness soar, Sarah has put me through my paces concentrating on my areas of weakness and I feel half my age. Praise does not come easily from me but her services are HIGHLY recommended.
I have been training at Sarah's for 3 months now. I have lost 2. 6kg and inches from my waist, back, arms and thighs. Sarah's motivation and encouragement has given me the desire to keep going and to reach my goal. All I need now is more time in the week to do more classes!
I have only been seeing Sarah for a few weeks and my transformation is amazing! Sarah makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and in every session you see results! I can't recommend enough! My confidence has soared since starting with Sarah and my fitness is increasing everyday! All sessions are held in a private studio in a home environment so no issues with anyone else watching you sweat! Thank you so much for changing my life for the better.
A week is not a complete week without a visit to Sarah - motivation / fun and results what more can you wish for. Great range of equipement so never gets boring. Recently extended the gym so even bigger and better.
As a working mum "me" time is almost non existent. Time and time again I have started new fitness regimes but given up due to other commitments. Now coming up to my first anniversary I cannot thank Sarah enough for her continued support, encouragement and firm but fair approach. Her new facilities are fantastic, it is a great place to work out and despite being her laziest student I feel much healthier and fitter than this time last year!
I have been training with Sarah since January and I am over the moon with the results. I have achieved massive results after training twice a week. Sarah put together a programme after I told her what I wanted to achieve. Sarah is very professional and friendly, so whilst achieving great results its a great place to work out. Decided enough was enough and had to do something to get back into shape. My daughter and I started training with Sarah in January. After training twice a week I am so pleased with the results I have obtained with Sarah's help and motivation. I have lost 7. 7kg, 4. 7% body fat, gained 2. 2% muscle and lost a whopping 12. 5 inches from my body measurments. All that hard work is so worth it. Thank you Sarah and would gladly recommend you any time. It has now been 10 months since my training began. Sarah has kept me motivated worked me has hard as I needed too and as they say No Pain No Gain - I have dropped 2 dress sizes, feel so much fitter. I have been training with Sarah Evans since September 2012 - in that time I have lost two stone (and counting! ), toned up, laughed like crazy and enjoyed every session. I can't thank Sarah enough for helping and encouraging me - its a lifestyle change, but it is a positive one and one I can't recommend enough. Sarah offers a professional service in a bright purpose built studio with quality equipment.
Training with Sarah has been great. When I first started training with Sarah I was overweight and had a low self-esteem, but with Sarah's motivation and determination I managed to loose 5 kilos and reduce my waist by 2. 5 inches in just 10 weeks! I was amazed with the results and since then have started to see muscle definition. Sarah works hard to get you the results that you want in a private and friendly enviroment. I would highly recommend Sarah's training sessions to anyone. Since starting with Sarah in October 2012, the progress I have made is remarkable ! I have lost 5. 5 inches off of my waist, 1. 5 inches off of my hips, gained 1.5 inches on my chest, 1.5 inches on my arms and 1 inch on my legs. I am just coming up to my first anniversary of starting with Sarah. She is a great motivator, extremely knowledgable, always happy and the best and most effective trainer I have ever had. I am in my late 60's and very grateful to Sarah for her patience and keeping me fit.
I have been training with Sarah for 6 months now, this is the longest I have stuck at any kind of fitness activity. I put this totally down to Sarah and her skills as a trainer, my programme is varied and alway interesting. My results are amazing, weightloss as well as inch loss from all those target areas, thighs, hips, waist and even bingo wings! Sarah has help me to make that life style change I have been aiming for. Whatever fitness/lifestyle changes you want to make Sarah will help you achieve them.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all my sessions with Sarah and am now really starting to see the results. After my second child I was keen to get back in shape and Sarah has delivered the results she promised. The sessions are fun and efficient and her words of advice and encouragement regarding diet and fitness have been great. I can't recommend Sarah enough!
Can't recommend Sarah enough, I have been having sessions in her purpose built gym for about 3 months now and can already feel a massive difference in my fitness levels which has a huge impact on my everday busy life with my 3 young children. I am totally comfortable in the surroundings and feel very confident that with the dedication Sarah shows I will reach my targets. I look forward to my sessions and have recently started running ! I have never been a runner so I am over the moon ! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication Sarah I am loving my new lifestyle Xx.
I have been training with Sarah for nearly six weeks having started from doing no exercise whatsoever for many years. I am significantly overweight and Sarah is doing a great job in both training and motivating me to keep going. However the results are pretty motivating - 3 inches off my stomach and 6. 5 inches in total all over and I have lost a stone in weight. I can touch my toes - have not done that for years, some of my clothes now do up and I look forward to discovering more of my wardrobe. I can also work in my garden, including digging, without getting puffed and I can crouch down and get up again without a problem and the cross trainer is no longer an item of torture ! . These things may sound small to some people (probably not those of us on the larger side) but to me they are really improving my quality of life and my wellbeing. If you want a really individual approach, good equipment/atmosphere and a friendly non judgemental person who is really motivational to help you with your goals - Sarah Evans is the person to call - I cannot recommend her enough.
An hour in Sarah's pristine, light and airy purpose-built studio is very enjoyable! The varied, bespoke programme is fun and effective and Sarah's knowledge makes achieving personal goals and increased fitness levels much easier than you think! Just do it!
What can I say about Personal Training with Sarah Evans? Well I could say what a great motivational trainer she is, or I could say how she is getting me to use parts of my body I did not know existed, and that after only two sessions I feel so much better. But I won't! What I will say is that for great value for money, great location and equipment, you need look no further. Sarah Evans knows how to get the best out of her clients and tailors each session to get the maximum results. She is firm, but fair and the sessions although tough, are fun. Ann Farr x.
Step away from the sofa! Tried the gym? Tried the diets? Thought you couldn't afford a personal trainer? Think again. The two of us have been training with Sarah for two months. Its fun but challeging and we actually look forward to our training sessions. We are proof that its never to late we are getting fitter at 40 plus.
Sarah has really helped me maintain my levels of fitness and strength through vigorous training programmes which have been continuously challenging and changing to adapt to my needs. Sarah has a great manner about her and is very encouraging and knowledgable.
I have been training with Sarah for 4 weeks so far and I'm already noticing a difference. I feel more toned already! She makes training fun and interesting the hour flies by, I look forward to our sessions each week!
