Paid £88 pounds for some mudflaps. When I went to fit I found a faulty bracket that was not fit for purpose. I messaged them through contact on site. And had no reply. I phoned and was accussed of not following instructions and that I had broken it. And they wanted a further £10 for a new bracket ! Happy to take your money , very cold customer service .
Response : Hi Martin,I see you have taken the time to slate our company on numerous review sites. I just thought I would also take the time to respond - We appreciate all of our customers, and their orders with us! When you phoned our office, you explained that you had a broken bracket and wanted to see if you had to buy a full fixing kit, we replied by saying "no not at all" (assuming you had perhaps broken it on the road or whilst bending in to fitting position) Hence the reason you asked if you had to buy a full new fix kit! - we explained that we could supply just the one bracket and necessary fixings to replace the damaged one - Ian (The Company MD) said if you could pay £10 to cover the bracket and postage we could have it shipped out asap for you.At this point you became rather angry and said "do you expect me to pay an extra £10 for a damaged bracket? Forget it I'll leave it" and hung up the phone.Had you explained the bracket arrived damaged - we would have replaced it straight away at our cost! However the Brackets are supplied flat packed to prevent this - and simply require bending at a specific angle to fit to the car using the perforations on the stainless steel.If they are bent one way by mistake and then re-bent then the can snap!Kindest regardsGeorgina.Moreexpand_more

I ordered a set of rally flapz for my subaru, when I started to fit them I found pieces missing and inaccurate instructions so I emailed them a couple of days ago about the problem and have had no reply, happy to take your money but not willing to help you out.
Response : Hi David, As soon as I noticed this review, I checked all emails and your email was in our junk folder, We never ignore customers, Customer service takes priority.
