Terry cooked a superb 3 course meal at our hen party this weekend. The holiday house kitchen was a bit random and the hob a nightmare but he coped like a true professional and delivered 3 fantastic plates with no fuss. And the kitchen was absolutely spotless afterwards. His communication all the way through was excellent as well making it a very easy and pleasant experience. If I lived closer I would def book him again. Thankyou Terry.

I used perfect chef 4 I to catered for a murder mystery evening I held as part of my friend’s hen weekend. It was really easy to organise. All the guests loved the food including two of the guests who had special dietary requirements. The service was was great and the kitchen was left perfectly clean. Thanks Terry for making the evening a hit!

Terry is a cooking marvel. I can not recommend him highly enough. He cooked 3 courses for 10 of us. Really easy and helpful to plan the menu with, turned up on time, got on with everything and presented a truly delicious, beautifully presented feast. I have been lucky enough to have eaten in some great restaurants and Terry’s cooking is up there. He bought our food out and cleared up beautifully. Money so well spent and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Terry created a stunning Moroccan menu to kick off my friends hen weekend! We rented an Airbnb in Brighton and Terry worked incredibly well in a tiny kitchen cooking a delicious three-course meal for 15 guest! He was an absolute star and a dream to work with from booking through to the desert :) I would highly recommend Perfect Chef 4 U to anyone looking for a personal chef for any event!

Celebrating my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary, Terry cooked a meal for 28 people. Very Professional, good service and excellent food. Our celebration was a great success. My father was delighted with how it all went.

Terry cooked a 3 course meal for 8 people (meat and veggie option). The evening was a great success and the food, service and cleanliness of the kitchen after was first class. Very easy to deal with both before and afterwards as well. Strongly recommend!

60th birthday celebration dinner. Terry prepared and cooked a delicious 3 course meal for 6 guests. All the food (scallops, lamb and lemon tart was cooked to perfection and served exactly on time (8 pm). The kitchen was left as he had found it and the dishwasher loaded. Terry was courteous and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A memorable occasion.

I cannot praise Terry enough for our wonderful meal on Saturday for my friend's hen party. I could have happily eaten everything on his menu but given that there were 23 of us, I chose the options I thought would keep everyone happy - a beautiful chicken dish and a perfect chocolate fondant. Like I said there were 23 of us, and the kitchen at our rented house was pretty small, but Terry and his partner coped very well and the food really was restaurant quality. They were friendly, professional, took a fab group photo of us on on our request, and left the kitchen sparkling. Would definitely recommend!

We booked chef for you for our girls weekend away and we were not disappointed. Terry was the perfect chef who cooked the most amazing food. He has been so helpful throughout the process and cooked something for my friend who is gluten intolerant also. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. Right from the start Terry was the perfect balance of professional but friendly/informal – just what I was looking for my friend’s hen do. The menu options Terry provided to choose from all looked yummy making it very difficult to narrow down ? Once I did make the menu selection Terry was great at accommodating vegetarian and dietary requirements (we had a couple of Veggies and mum’s to be in the group! ). In the run up to the event Terry’s communication was clear and timely leaving me feeling relaxed about the evening ahead. We’d hired Terry’s service as an accompaniment to a murder mystery evening and we was very open to making the meal work around a set agenda for the evening. Terry and his colleague arrived on time and got straight to work, prepping and cooking in a very organised and discreet way. The food was DELICIOUS. We had a starter of hot smoked salmon with beetroot and horseradish crème fraiche, followed by stuffed chicken wrapped in parma ham with rosemary potatoes, cabbage and veg and finished with a desert of hot chocolate fondant and ice cream – 14 clean plates all around! The dinner was all served per agreed timings and the kitchen was left immaculate! I hired Terry to prepare a three-course menu for a party of 8 'foodie' ladies attending a Hen Weekend in Brighton. Terry prepared meat and vegetarian meals and was not at all phased by the kitchen which was obviously new to him, but also a holiday rental. All three courses went highly praised but a particular highlight for everyone were the walnuts in his 'watercress, rocket, sweet pear, walnut and parmesan' starter. Thanks Terry for your delicious food and the fun you brought to the first night of the Hen weekend. You really got us off to a great start.

We thought the service that Terry provided was excellent. He worked in our kitchen with a minimum of fuss and catered for various special diets. He provided a tasty meal with ingredients which were not extravagant, as requested, and cleared up afterwards perfectly. As value for money and low in stress this in brilliant!

I hired Terry for my best friend's hen party. We were a party of 20 and had a three course meal. I couldn't reccommend Terry and his assistant highly enough. Terry was enormously helpful before the event, and very tolerant of the fact my group size kept changing! On the day Terry arrived and cooked two superb menus. The food was impeccable; all cooked beautifully and served on time. The quality was comparable to a high end resaturant, making the meal expcetional value for money. The kitchen was cleaned after the event, making the whole thing hassle free. The bride to be was delighted by the experience, and it made the weekend extra special.
