Perfect balance is my "go to" osteopathic place. Superb professionals who can make you feel better after just one visit. I have been with them for 7 years now. Most recently I have seen Emma Mizzi, who was able to establish the reason of my slight limping and fix it. She helped to relax tight muscles in my shoulders and neck. She also treated my 4 y. O. Son who complained about neck pain. After two visits to Emma he forgot about his complaints. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend perfect balance to everyone.Moreexpand_more

It gave me hope for a full recovery what I done with the help of this great team who is working hard to help people like me every day with a great knowladge and experiance. I had laser therapy, accupuncture therapy, physio therapy and massage with different specialists who always made me feel I am important and they always been very friendly and helpful with me. Massimo has been treating me for gluteal tendinopathy. From the first treatment/evaluation I have felt confident with his professionalism and course of treatment which has seen an almost full return to being pain free. I would easily use the clinic again for any other niggles.

After suffering months with full leg pains, u decided to start looking into what was wrong when I see the special deal on a Gait scan. The issue was I pushed my body so passed the original injury I'd pretty much ruined the conditioning of my legs. Kasia, originally helped me over that. And I then caused a bad sprain to my ankle which caused the previous injury to worsen. Kasia again help me back together and although at times, agonisingly painful, restored my legs and feet back to full health. My only cristism is that it feels expensive, but they are based in the centre of London. Now my treatment is over, I'll miss the chat between Kasia and myself. Aswell as the pain of her releasing the muscle I tend to damage between session. Kasia has also given me the knowledge of what was happening and exercises to prevent the same issues. I'd definitely recommend to others.Moreexpand_more

I did therapy for my heels, when I went in February 2021 I was not able to walk, but Thanks to the therapist Kasia my heels do not have any pain, it has done a wonderful job. I recommend you because she really is an excellent perfectionist, polite and communicative with the patient psychologically. Thanks you so much Kasia. From : Tima.

Initial consultation (Facebook offer) with Massimo lasting an hour. Massimo was very thorough and confirmed my understanding of the likely reason for my achilles pain. We discussed self-help options and the possibility of future treatment which I am considering. I have no hesitation in recommending Massimo.

I was very pleased with the treatment received also for the overall service which was very helpful. Though it was a discounted rate I would most definitely go back for follow up treatments in the near future.

A big thank you to Andrew and Kasia. They really took great care of my injury (plantar fasciitis) that was looking very difficult to fix. And with great excise, equipment, and very professional follow up and technics, they fixed me within 5months and I was able to achieve a great triathlon ! I couldn’t say thank you enough for that. They really felt being taken care of greatly. Will definitely recommend you.

We started group classes with Natalie at the beginning of lockdown and I immediately felt the benefits. I’ve always done a lot of circuit and weight training but have neglected my joints and regular stretching which has resulted in injuries. Natalies classes are what I’ve been missing. Through each class we work through different joint strengthening and core workout outs. Not only do I feel the physical benefits but my own knowledge has improved which I can use in everyday workouts. I can’t recommend these classes enough and will be continuing once the lockdown has passed .

At the beginning of Lockdown, Stephen Makinde set up a weekly class for my work colleagues and I with trainer / practitioner Natalie Hurst. I train regularly (circuit training / hiit training) with the others in this class, but this was put to us as a way of helping with our mobility and strengthen our core muscles and joints. I love the way we all go through the training together. Natalie has a really friendly manner and got to know us all quickly. She keeps a keen eye on each one of us making sure we do the exercises properly and safely. The fact that she is doing them with us is invaluable as she is there as a constant visual guide. This can't be easy for her (not that she shows it) as this is all done on zoom due to our current predicament! Within the last couple of weeks I have really started to feel the benefit of all the pails and rails from these classes when I do my regular training. Natalie is clear in her direction and she is constantly reassuring but firm. I always feel a great sense of achievement at the end of the class as, on the whole, I'm not particularly flexible! I often use some of the exercises I have learned in my own time to help alleviate any aches and pains and continue to strengthen muscles and joints. I am keen to keep doing this class and would strongly recommend Natalie as a great trainer.Moreexpand_more

I started working with Monika just before the start of the lockdown period. We’ve been meeting on zoom which has been very successful. I was looking for someone to help me with a training programme after a diagnosis of osteoporosis and I feel very lucky to have found Monika. She made me feel reassured that this diagnosis is not the end of the world and in fact I feel very optimistic about my health and fitness. I’ve just had an eight week review with Monika and using videos and photos from now and the start of the programme, I can see that there have already been some positive changes. My thoracic mobility has improved which is very encouraging and my balance is much better. I still have a long way to go before the various weaknesses and imbalances that Monika has identified have been improved but I am looking forward to the journey. Monika is a great teacher. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable. She has been supportive and understanding of my health issues but makes me work hard and doesn’t wrap me in cotton wool which I love. I have no hesitation in recommending her.Moreexpand_more

Successful physiotherapy sessions at home during lock-down. I had an initial Zoom diagnostic conversation with Stephen Makinde who spotted a shoulder injury and recommended that I work with Kasia for some physiotherapy sessions via Zoom. I wasn't sure how it would work but took the plunge! I can only say that it's been amazing! Amazing value, amazing service and amazing quality! Why? …I am already seeing remarkable improvements in my shoulder. Less pain, greater range of movement and less stiffness. Kasia's friendly, thorough and knowledgeable approach inspires confidence. I'm enthusiastic about my sessions and keen to do my 'homework'. I have no excuses really have I? We didn't need any specialist equipment … A tennis ball (borrowed from the dog), some water bottles, door post, sofa and a broom handle. I've since bought a foam roller online. I generally sit on the floor and position my laptop so that Kasia can see what I'm doing. She demonstrates, I copy, she checks and corrects, I practice! All I can say is that this works! I can't recommend it highly enough. Ps… Kasia and Stephen, once lock-down has been relaxed, I would much rather save myself an hour's hideous travelling into London and out again and carry on at home via Zoom. Please?Moreexpand_more

A covid first - physio/massage via zoom. Kaisa recently gave me a physio session via zoom. I had chronic back pain which is a recurring condition. With the help of a diagram her side of the body and a family volunteer my side she ran a very professional and effective session to help ease the pain. Kaisa conducted the session and follow up with humour, clear instruction and energy. It was very effective and I would definitively recommend it rather than suffering and waiting for lockdown to finish.

I Had a limited Number of sessions for tennis elbow with Physiotherapist Kasia Musial. She was very professional and has helped a lot to solve the pain and the issues. She provided me with home exercises to stretch and help in the future. I highly recommend her. Thank you.

I had sessions with osteopath Warren Prentis. Warren is always nice and very professional. He was very attentive to my needs and helped me a lot. He aims to get result as quickly as possible using additional techniques such as acupuncture and physiotherapy. I would recommend him for sure!

I attended 10 sessions with Helen (Physiotherapist). I had been suffering pain in my left shoulder radiating to my shoulderblade and underarm. Helen identified the root of the problem to be in my neck. As well as providing physio Helen gave me invaluable advice on posture, exercises, sleeping positions and various aids to manage my pain. Since finishing my sessions two weeks ago I am happy to say that I am still pain free and feel confident that I am armed with the necessary tools and knowledge to manage my condition and to know when additional treatment may be necessary. Very happy with the service I have received.

Having a meniscus tear with loose fragment I was due for Arthroscopic surgery. As a result from visiting Stephen he was able to relocate this and working with both him and Emmanuel I am very happy to say I did not require surgery. I would highly recommend them.
Response : Good morning Eileen,Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review for Stephen and Emmanuel! It's brilliant to hear. Have a great day and thanks again, Danny BhakerClient Communications.

I attended the clinic with an issue with my left ankle as I had not been able to run for over 4 months and needed to start training again ready for the London Marathon 2019. I was initially seen by Stephen McKinde for diagnosis (issues with my static nerve higher up my leg) and I also received some immediate treatment including acupuncture. Additional to seeing Stephen I also embarked on sports massage therapy with Olga Hayward to get my muscles both loose and working properly and together once again. To cut a long story short, within 4 weeks I was running again (up to 6 miles) and 4 weeks further on I had run over 14 miles and rarely felt better! I still continue to see Olga as a vital part of my marathon training schedule and to keep my muscles as injury free as possible.
Response : Good morning Antony,Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review for Stephen and Olga! It's brilliant to hear. Have a great day and thanks again, Danny BhakerClient Communications.

After many years of persistent back and neck problems, I was treated by Olga as part of a rehabilitation programme. She immediately identified I had a weak core and put in place a personal pilates programme for me, starting with basic exercises (that I found embarrassingly difficult at the time) and progressing to a full-on workout. Three months down the line and I feel in better shape physically than I have in 10 years. I can't remember the last time I felt twinges in my back or neck, and I feel noticeably stronger, fitter and better balanced. I even have something resembling abs which, given the shapeless mound my stomach was six months ago, is a miracle in itself. Throughout my treatment, Olga was helpful, understanding and supportive, while also being tough enough to push me to master my programme. I can't thank her enough for the help she has given me and would recommend her to anyone in need of pilates or physical rehabilitation.
Response : Good afternoon Jack,Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review for Olga! It's brilliant to hear. Have a great day and thanks again, Danny BhakerClient Communications.
