My son has been learning with Susie for nearly two years. We moved from Hong Kong, so English is not his first language and he struggled with confidence at the beginning, especially with GCSE English Lang and Lite. Susie has been incredibly patient, encouraging and understanding throughout. She explains things clearly and always takes the time to make sure he understands properly. Her support has really helped to build up his confidence step by step. Over time, he has improved a lot and now feels much more comfortable with both subjects. We are very grateful for all Susie’s help and support.

My daughter is a few weeks away from her GCSEs. She has been tutored by Susie for the past 2 years and it's sad to think it'll come to an end soon. Susie you have been an inspiration to Sarah. My daughter Eunice has been tutoring with Susie since the start of Year 10, and it has now been 7 months. We feel very grateful to have found Susie. She has helped Eunice develop a real passion for both English Language and English Literature. Eunice is now confident in both subjects and has truly fallen in love with English. After just 2 months of tutoring, Eunice took her first exam. She had previously only just passed, but after working with Susie, she achieved the highest score in her class. Susie helps my daughter review her English syllabus, motivates her and keeps us updated her status. The given homework and tutor sessions are good to make progress. My daughter is now Yr9 and she always shows continuously improvement.

My stepdaughter is in year 11 and has been seeing Suzie since September. My daughter was really struggling with her English in year 9 and was low in confidence. We both decided it could be beneficial for some extra tutoring and we were very fortunate that we chose Susie. Straight away Susie put my daughter at ease and she has made incredible progress and really blossomed so much so she is far more interactive in class due to the knowledge she has gained from Susie and her grades have improved so much. My daughter was really struggling with several aspects of her English lessons and her confidence was very low. Fast forward several months and the transformation is incredible. Since taking tuition with Susie my daughters confidence and performances in her assessments has been beyond brilliant and we cannot recommended Susie enough as my daughter has benefitted so much from Susie's tuition and she has developed so much confidence in a short space of time which we didn't think was possible.

WOW…. We cannot recommend Susie highly enough…. She has taken my disengaged and disillusioned Y11 son who had a real dislike for English and turned him into an enthusiastic and motivated learner. We often refer to the “magic wand” that she must have when we read essays or receive grades back from school. During lockdown it was amazing to listen to online sessions and hear the special relationship that Susie has developed with our son. Susie had tutored my son throughout year 11 and I am blown away with how much he has developed, not only academically but in confidence too.
