I have been a customer for over 15 years. I bought along case clock from 1770 which I am still delighted with. I recently had it serviced. This done on time and to the estimated price and very professionally. I took my elderley neighbour's clock to be repaired and serviced. Again professionally repaired and now keeping excellent time. This clock also had damage to the hood, after the repair my neighbour commented that it was an invisible mend. I always receive friendly, courteous and highly professional service.
