I have recently acquired a very dainty, pale pink pearl neck chain from Pearl Island. The naturally-pink, rice pearls are on a very fine chain, spaced widely so that they look as though they are 'floating'. It is very well made and my order arrived quickly. The chain would make a lovely gift for a young person as it is elegant and understated. I can highly recommend the jewellery from Pearl Island, all hand made and 'bespoke'.

I had a coin Pearl necklace from Pearl Island as a Christmas present a few years ago, and I have worn it almost everyday since. It is beautiful, and everyone comments on it. I broke the clasp a while ago and Taotao kindly repaired it, cleaned the necklace and posted it back without charge! What wonderful customer service is that? She is also helping me find a particular type of earring at the moment - nothing is too much trouble. Exceptional customer service.

I have been a Pearl Island customer for few years. I bought a few pearl necklaces with earrings from them. I am really pleased with these jewellery and wear them a lot.

Recently, I bought a pearl necklace with matching earrings for my mum’s birthday. The pearls have a lovely lustre and are good quality. My mum loved them so much. I would love to buy jewellery from Pearl Island again.

I bought a 2-strand pearl necklace for my wife for Christmas. She was very pleased with the quality of the pearls. I also bought the matching earrings as a new-year gift. I really love Pearl Island, I have two necklaces and several pairs of earrings. I can't recommend them highly enough, great quality and so many styles to choose from. I have also bought a really pretty bracelet for my niece for Christmas I know she will love it.

I had seen a pearl tiara in the wedding shop I got my dress from but it was £160 and not even real pearls although hand made. I emailed Pearl Island the design and was told that they could do the same design but using real pearls. I loved the finished product that was hand made to my specifications and even better it was half the price. Before it was made, Taotao told me that if I was unhappy with the tiara then I didn't have to buy it or if I took it away and tried it on with my dress and didn't like it she would give me a full refund. I would have no hesitation in using Pearl island again or recommending.

I have bought a number of items from this company, all of which have been amazing. I bought a pearl necklace, bracelet and earrings for my wedding and also bought different charms for my bracelet, all of which were offered in different sizes and colour which I was allowed to take away and try with my dress. I have just purchased a beautiful pearl pendant, from this company and the service was exceptional. The lady I dealt with was very polite, she gave me a choice of the pendants, and chains in various lengths so I could choose the one I liked best. I recieved my pendant the very next day in a georgeous little soft bag. It came with a cleaning cloth. It was certianly value for money and I will have no hesitation in using this company again. I bought lovely cornflake style white pearls for my wife, for our wedding. Pearls looked great, and nice to see something different to regular pearls. Set with ear rings and necklace looked great on the day, was very pleased.
