My accounting needs were really simple with a LTD CO. I received really bad service. My assigned accountant there was always unreachable, took 2 days to respond to emails. Couldn't clearly explain what was going on and why. I always felt like he was trying to get me off the phone as soon as he could. I have no idea what was filed and when with the HMRC. In my view the service is really thin for what I'm charged. I expect a lot more.

I've been nothing but impressed with Pearl Accountants. I have never seen such a progressive and forward thinking Accountancy firm, although they are more than just a traditional Accountancy firm. This is reflected in the services they offer, Corporate Finance, Outsourcing etc. I've seen the Partners and Staff dealing with clients on a daily basis and it is great to see the passion coming through for their clients businesses and how they really do care.

We moved to Pearl as we needed someone who knows Quickbooks well, and once we got on board we got a client accountant who helped us understand our figures (which the previous accountants never bothered with). They also make sure our vat returns and all taxes are done on time. Highly recommended!
