Peaceful Haven was set up to give clients complete relaxation of body and mind. Step into my treatment room and sound therapy room which have been compared to by clients as being back in Nepal.
To create a happy and healthy life, you need to make changes on ALL levels. I am a fully qualified Indian Head Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher Practitioner, Holistic Body Massage Practitioner, Meditation Practitioner, Sound Therapist, Biofield Therapist, Facial Therapist and Hot Stone Practitioner. I work from a beautiful tranquil/meditation room created from my home in Lindsayfield, East Kilbride.
I also offer Events throughout South Lanarkshire and at the location of Peaceful Haven for Sound Bath Relaxation Classes.

This was my second visit to Peaceful Haven Holistic Therapies. Yvonne is so welcoming and I felt at ease immediately. First visit was so relaxing I came back for more today. Had a wonderful Indian head massage, neck and shoulders massage with hot stones and finish off with Reiki. Yvonne really relaxed me and I can’t wait to come back again.

Full disclosure: I am a Reiki Master, but like to have others do Reiki on me. Peaceful Haven popped up on my Newsfeed one day, so I checked out the page and decided to make an appointment after reading the reviews and watching the videos. As soon as I stepped across the threshold, I knew that the Universe had guided me to the right place! Yvonne's Peaceful Haven is just that: calm, beautiful, and serene. I felt like I had stepped into another world that transcended time and space; it's truly magical. When receiving my Reiki treatment, I could feel the energy coming through Yvonne's hands and its effect on my chakras. I became a brick and fell deeply into a meditative state as she worked. Afterwards, we discussed the treatment and discovered that we actually have a lot in common. Not only have I found my go to for Reiki (and definitely other services that I will be booking soon), but also a kindred spirit. Just had the best amazing Back Massage using hot stones then finished with 30 minutes of Reiki. Feel wonderful, yvonne was extremely professional and her meditation and treatment room was unlike anything I have ever came across. STUNNING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING HER A VISIT AND EXTREMELY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Been feeling stressed with work lately. Been unable to switch off at home. Tried holistic head massage and what can I say it has been FANTASTIC. Given me a whole new lease of life. The service was amazing Yvonne made me feel completely comfortable and was so friendly. Will definitely be back!
